I mean, the place hasn't been renovated since it was first opened probably in the 1970's. As for the breakfast, you couldn't really make it any worse.

The front desk guy told me that its not that type of hotel where you an get water and toothbrush. you have to buy it. he was hospitable but it wasn't enough. I asked for morning wakeup call no body came. they have no phones inside room but have reception call no. mention on welcome sheet. room smelled strongly of air freshener. window was unlocked. the outer window I locked myself. the inner window lock was broken. They were flexible about me checking out as they did not wake me up on time. they helped me with taxi to another location. I recommend this if you only want an emergency bed to sleep in for a day or two but if you add few more bucks you can have better option. This hotel is too expensive for this kind of service.

The service and breakfast was very good. I would really recommend other tourists to visit hotel flamingo in Lisbon

Great location near iconic park and metro station... Walking distance or pub transportation readily near. kind and cheerful front desk guys. Incredibly clean..all linen changed each day. Good value for my basic needs.

Pay more and stay across the street at PortoBay. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Be warned also that the breakfast is absolutely atrocious.

The hotel was extremely clean and everything was straightforward. Recommended for people who want to explore the city and only refresh and rest in the hotel

This hotel is barely 2 stars. Everything is old in it, walls were dirty. The phone wasn’t working either. Reception people were nice, but not very helpful.

Very simple hotel.., with a fair cost. Good location.., it’s close to a subway station (5 minutes walking).., and close to the liberdade avenue. The room was not very clean…, and there were mosquitoes on the first night. Bad breakfast. It’s a hotel for bathing and sleeping only. I would not stay again..!

This is a very bad hotel. The room was small. The bath was terrible. But the worst was it was very dirty. The breakfast ? I could not eat, it was very bad, we went out to a cafe and had breakfast

Not a place I would ever stay at again and would never recommend it , hopefully after my concern I pointed out , Trip.com will insist that buffet foods are covered and the state of their carpets are fixed before someone gets hurt

No tea or coffee making facilities. Bar closed no schedule great staff

Basic but central hotel. The rooms were a bit old but very clean. The ppl working here is nice and I enjoyed my stay here :-)
