We had a road facing balcony room on the 8th floor. It was very nice except the traffic noise and sirens seemed never ending.Quiet time was 1-7AM .

Really nice stay . Hotel room was a bit too small . Close to everything really good location . Recommend .

Cómoda estancia. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, en un barrio céntrico y tranquilo. Buen servicio y atención.

Hotel situado en la Avenida da Liberdade, en la parte de más arriba. Para llegar al centro de Lisboa un paseíto andando de unos 20 min por toda la avenida. Solo utilizamos el Hotel para dormir, así que los demás servicios no hemos utilizado. El parking está bien, pero es caro. 25 euros por día. El fin de semana se aparca gratis por la parte de atrás del hotel, pero entre semana lo tuvimos que dejar en el parking. El agua de la ducha con poca fuerza. Lo demás OK.

The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are small and the AC barely works. There are many other great hotels in this area. Consider skipping this one.

This is not a bad hotel, but unfortunately did not have sound proof as the windows do not close properly. Also, when we arrived 20 March, there were not air condition, even though I received an email confirming that it will be A/C available by the time of the arrival. We couldn't sleep at all as if you open the window (which you have too, as it is hot) you can hear everything, police, ambulance, etc during night time. Although, we did not sleep at all, the staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was great, tasty and a lot of variety.

8th floor to warm air conditioning not sufficient enough to cool room otherwise good all round hotel

Great location for sightseeing. Lack f attention to detail- light bulb not working, shower screen off its hinge!

The hotel located in a very nice area, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast in excellent.

While it is a very nice hotel and has potential to be one of the hottest hotels in Lisbon, there are a lot of things they do which are inconvenient for their customers. I visited the first week of December where highs were about 15/16 degrees, so it was fairly nice though would be a bit cool at night. The heat was blasting and I could not turn on the AC and the only way to cool off was to open the window. Also only one elevator worked so I generally had to walk down the stairs (and once up). Also there were only two outlets in the entire room and none by the bed which was annoying. But besides that, everything else was nice. The staff were friendly, the room and premises was well-taken care of, breakfast was very good. Overall good but there were a few things that were very annoying which could be worked on.

The staff is very friendly, always willing to help. The rooms are very small though, if you have more than 1 big suitcase, you will have trouble moving around

Just unbelievable! The room was hot and the only “solution’ was to open the window onto one of the busiest streets in Lisbon -super noisy!! They have no air conditioning in the winter only heat! I asked for a fan, no. We had a morning flight so my choice was crazy noisy or hot room! I’ve never rated a property at zero before. I asked at checkout about an adjustment to my $200 euro bill and was basically told tough luck.
