Internacional Design Hotel

Perfect location. Walkable to everywhere and the Hop On Hop Off Buss was right around the corner. The food at this restaurant is awesome too. Definitely get the sea bass and mash potatoes. The room was clean, stocked and perfect size for my stay. Highly recommended this hotel. Will definitely be coming back again.

The Internacional Design Hotel is in a perfect location as you can easily walk to many tourist sites from there. The rooms are spacious and well decorated.

The service came with a very large smile and welcoming demeanour. We picked an inner room which they advertised as being quite. I think that did not known our neighbours were going to be chatty and rather loud, but was clean. The room (405) had a high up window showing a concrete slab allowing allowing very little light to enter the room. The bed was comfortable and the cupboard hanging space enough for our weekend visit. There was a working safe and mini bar. We requested an iron/board which was delivered promptly and was good enough (all-be-it leaked) to iron our clothes. I think the main criticism was the shower entry. You have to be a contortionist to step passed the bidet, twist round, holding onto anything you can for stability to step over and into the bath, which with the shower door slid as far open as possible was just about doable for a unfit, oversized gentleman like myself. If you were older and more frail or in no way agile, this would be near on impossible. Beware of bending over the sink to rinse as I banged my head on the glass shelf a couple of times. Other than this minor issue, the air-con worked and the room was acceptable for a weekend stay. The best part of staying at this hotel is the location. Very central to metro/trams and sightseeing. Located right on the end of where all the restaurants start. Daily breakfast in the hotel was 10 euro p/p p/d if you requested breakfast every day, else 15 euro p/p. Check-in/out was quick and easy. Ample sockets.

Helpful and friendly staff at reception. Always said hello and goodbye as we left and arrived. Great location. Room was huge, clean and bright and airy. The bed was comfortable (and massive) and the bathroom had lots of large fluffy towels and nice toiletries.

Amazing staff! Upon arrival, front desk provided a map and gave us pointers on how to get around. Food at Bastardo is fantastic.

I thought the breakfast included with the room was a great selection. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite.
