A great place to stay and easy to find the location. Walking distance to SM Lipa. The hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They treated with high respect all the people specially all the hotel guest. Rooms are very clean and space is more than enough for us. I will recommend the hotel and I will not think twice to stay there again with my family.

It was a great stay! Friendly staff. Food is great especially the rice bowls! However, some of their food specifically the mushroom and chicken pasta is a bit pricey for its serving. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti and di masyadong malasa but our overall stay was good. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!

Best customer service hotel.

Needs improvement in reception area. They are not welcoming enough and accommodating specially to guests who will check out.

Staffs are friendly

Super Comfortable and Clean the only downside is the shower heads are quite dirty with the watermarks and suds. The shower curtain also has some mold on it other than that, the place was super comfortable to stay.

A decent hotel that should be called a motel instead with very few facilities, the other downsides were: 1. Limited parking 2. Limited choices at breakfast buffet 3. What you see on the website is not what you get. Very misleading. 4. Some of our rooms were not cleaned on certain days 5. A nice looking motel lobby, and after that a long walk through a furniture shop before getting to the elevators to get to the rooms. Very eerie at night when lights at the furniture shop are shut/dim while you make your way to the elevator. 6. Window view is bad, more like a settlement view 7. Overpriced for this setting 8. Unfriendly staff

There’s not enough parking, only four slots for the hotel and their furniture storage. Their front desk staff needs to be more accommodating and helpful.

Affordable and easy access to anywhere in Lipa City. Very Clean and comfortable. Excellent FREE hot breakfast. We will highly recommend it to our friends and everybody. We will come back soon.
