Really beautiful and new hotel. A lot of things are really nice over here. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, great breakfast and cosy modern hotel rooms. But a lot could also be better. A couple of things in the room were broken, such as one of the bedlights, and a table and chair were damaged. A real pitty for such a new hotel. The room could also be a bit cleaner. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and there were stains in one of the pillowcases, and on the chair and table. The biggest problem for us was the room temperature, 25 degrees. We assumed that every hotel in China would have aircon. But that wasn't the case, I probably should have paid more attention when I booked the room.

Really nice hotel. The reception staff are polite, helpful and well turned out. The lobby has a sense of calm through well chosen music. The hotel is new and well cared for.

房間挺乾淨 空調也很熱 因為定的房型有點小 前台也給免費升級了大點的房間，後院停車場也挺多車位的，值得推薦。

經常出差的我，第一次住這麼差勁的酒店，全季是連鎖店，本人衹按個人實際情況去説明住宿的感受。第一到達酒店，服務員對業務不熟悉，到達房間，花灑衹有蓮蓬頭才能用，手持花灑頭不能用，是因為切換頭壞了，整得不得不洗頭…房間裏面太悶了，提供的加濕器不能用。壞的，打電話前台沒有給我處理，想看個電視。遙控器既然少了一個電視，想説喝喝茶，茶葉也沒有，作為一個酒店，服務這塊是否要培訓下，酒店設施是否也要檢查下，不要收拾好房間，就等待下一位客人，我就是下一個客人。遇到這些事！很鬱悶，差………

國慶期間來甘南旅遊，最後一站是臨夏，入住全季以後回想自己前兩天過得是什麼苦日子，又沒熱水又停電的。入住全季感覺到了天堂，前台接待人員辦理入住很迅速，還免費升級了房型，房子超大！！！。進酒店以後整個就是茶味的香氛，好聞。晚上空調也暖和，熱水充沛，房間隔音很好可以很好的休息。然後就是，早飯超好吃的！！！包子稀飯麪條餛飩小餅水果，飲料有牛奶和咖啡、椰子水等，讚美全季
