The folks working the front desk were all great. The experience was fine and for $97 a night, I get what I pay for. That being said, the overall cleanliness of our room wasn't great. There were a lot of spots that did not seemed to be cleaned thoroughly. I also encountered a roach in the kitchen area, so that caused a bit of anxiety. I also had to keep fidgeting with the knob in the shower in order to get steady hot water. Overall, the room was nice and has everything you'd need. The staff working the front desk were terrific.

I was traveling all day and was too tired to drive the final leg. I booked here thinking I would be comfortable as I’ve stayed under this umbrella before. To my surprise, I could have slept in my car had I not kicked out nearly $200 for an over night stay with only a grab n go breakfast roach motel that smells like a convalescent home that is unkept.
Someone tried to break into my hotel room while I was in the shower. Thank goodness I stay protected at all times. I had to have my room changed because roaches were in the shower and all over the bathroom floor.
The second room appeared to be better until I moved the furniture. Let’s just say NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Check-in was quick and easy but what I paid for (one queen bed) is not what I received. Get to the room and there is 2 full size beds. When I asked about the size of the beds in that room I’m told all the beds are queen and king size. LIES!!! So next time if you all see what someone has paid for is different than what’s available upon arrival, let them know during check in.

Shower didnt work. Verbal fight over noise in the hall 3:30 am. Halls smelled of smoking.

I've stayed at 3 Extended Stay America Suites. This is my second favorite. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I'll be back!

My last day, I saw a roach come from the tv. The appliances are old and outdated and I didn’t feel very safe as people were able to come and go as they pleased. The staff was very friendly but the photos of this hotel are NOT accurate.

We stayed at this hotel after a concert. My boyfriend ordered us breakfast on doordash (Starbucks) and it was delivered to the front door. When he went down to get it, almost immediately after it was delivered, it was gone. He asked the front desk about it and they blatantly lied, saying that they didn’t know where it was. He could see the bag and then drinking one of our drinks.
Room was ok, nothing to write home about. The shower did not work so we were unable to shower. People were complaining about their TV not working and the front desk people didn’t do anything about it.
