Hyatt House BWI Airport Baltimore

Watch out Marriott and Hilton, this Hyatt brand is going to take market share. This was my first day at a Hyatt House and I was very impressed. I am traditionally a Marriott person, but after seeing this place online, I thought I would give it a try. Two of my coworkers and I stayed here for three nights on business in the area and all three of us were very impressed with this property. The breakfast was a little better than a typical Marriott or Hilton breakfast. The hotel was either recently built or recently renovated and was in great condition. The rooms were ample size with a nice kitchenette, walk-in shower, large sectional couch, big high-top table to work/eat at, and large TV. The gym was great, with free weights, a cable machine, and plenty of cardio equipment.

Had a great stay at The Hyatt House overall. There were network and configuration problems with Google Chromcast TV, but they were quickly and compentently remedied by Davy, the maintenance technician and Dani, front desk associate; I was impressed on how they collaborated to resolve the issue.

Great experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and in-room tea selection. I highly recommend. The only thing I would suggest is that the website should let the guest know that the shuttle service isn't 24 hours. I had a 5 am flight and I had to purchase an Uber. The shuttle service was a part of my decision making process.
