I stayed here with my friend for a week in June. I found it quite difficult at times so will get those out of the way first before the good parts. The biggest problem was being woken up every day after 7am by a cleaner banging at the door, coming into the room several times, and when she couldn't clean she would bang her brush outside making more noise. This is totally unacceptable! People pay good money to go on holiday, HOLIDAY!! This should NOT be happening! FULL STOP!! Secondly, there should be a sign on the swimming pool where the depth sharply drops. I was treading carefully getting used to the water when I disappeared underwater from a near metre drop! I nearly drowned! There are signs for depth but no sign for the warning of the steep ledge and drop downwards that is so so dangerous! The third and last point is, there are no ordinary spirits in the list for all inclusive drinks! Raki and ouzo are not gin, vodka or bacardi, or whisky, that is So wrong! The whole time I was there I had no all inclusive drinks because there was the usual watered down juice machine and fake coffee machine, so I used water for my own earl grey tea bags and bought the occasional fresh orange juice. Otherwise the food was OK, For breakfast I bought alpen, oat milk and bon mamam jam and rarely ate anything. I ate fresh bread, salad and pasta for dinner, if it was there, everyday and I lost 5 pounds in weight, though I can be fussy! I don't like how they took the butter away, changed the feta for a cheap version and how the fruit was also nothing special, apples, oranges and kiwis, winter fruits, the watermelon had often gone soft, why no nectarines, apricots, peaches and cherries? The good parts... rooms were great, room service was frequent, apart from 3 days nearing the end of our stay when it was normal for the rooms not to be cleaned and sheets changed. The shower was fantastic, all modern. Beds very comfortable. Staff amazing, hard working and all had pride in their job. Grounds a bit dull and drab, plenty of sunbeds and parasols, quiet when we went, residents mostly Russians and Germans, very common in the area. On the edge of the strip, plenty of choice to eat and drink elsewhere, but if the hotel did all inclusive drinks properly to include cocktails too and entertainment in the evenings then more money would come into hotel and customers. We went out most days as son hired a car and came most days to visit different beaches. What was missing was a folder of information detailing times, WiFi code, what is in area. There is information in foyer regarding trips and the odd notice of information but it is extremely important more so for all inclusive to have ALL this information collated together and left in the room. Also please employ the cleaner to start after 9am NOT 7am, people are on holiday, it really was a huge annoyance! If these things were changed, I would definitely give this hotel an extra star😀
