Our room was awful, dirty, dingy but the bathroom was worse, mould all around the bottom of the shower, stained toilet, paint flaking off the wall and skirting board, hardly any shelving for toiletries. Desperately in need of a complete overhaul. Staff were nice and the bed was comfortable which helped no end. However we felt cheated at the inflated price due to the Rugby World Cup being on.

Stayed here when watching the Rugby World Cup with friends. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant which is attached to the hotel was very good and had well stocked bar. Rooms were clean with a small but adequate ensuite. Towels were changed daily. The pillows could have been a little better and the mattress could have been ideally replaced. But overall a great stay. The location was excellent and next door to station to and bars / restaurants. For a group wanting an excellent location then this is ideal.

Location good, staff doing their best. Room was in annexe with no lift to it even though went to 5 floors. Awful, basic, tatty room costing almost €400 for one night during rugby. Don’t book unless desperate. No AirCon, no tea or coffee. Bathroom stank of bad drains.

Good location wrt station and city centre. But street noise unbearable. Stuffy when windows were closed. Bed felt itchy. Not sure what it was; just hope it wasn’t bedbugs. Reception tucked at the end of a narrow entry corridor. Felt like a backpacker hostel rather than a hotel. Fell well short of the 120€ per night we paid.

Greet location in the centrum and close to the old city - you only have to walk 5 minutes to be in the historic sight. Also close to shopping. Good service 24/7 with accommodating staff. The rooms were a bit worn down and messy, but good value for money.

I spent one night at this hotel for Christmas eve layover. The reception is open 24hours and the staff is friendly. The room abd bathroom are clean. I recommend this hotel for a short stay or for travel layover.

Tucked away near the station in quite a good position. Check in was very slow due to a coach trip turning up and due to the layout of reception you have to queue up outside. Not very good on a winters day. The room itself was ok and newly decorated, although I didn’t get the point of the raw wood nailed to the walls. Three issues could’ve been a problem here. Do not book a room in the Annexe. One of our two rooms was in the attic with no lift and four flights of stairs to it. Very difficult with luggage up the narrow stairway. The other room was the 3rd floor. Anyone with mobility issues would not be able to manage. The second was that there is nothing in the room, no coffee/tea making facilities (not always available in Europe) but not even cups for a drink of water. My main issue here was the reception. Having a bad nights sleep I woke up at 6.00am and decided to go outside for a cigarette (no mean feat after coming down all the steps. After my cigarette I rang the bell to come back in and no one opened the door, I looked in and there was no one on reception, I rang the bell another 3 or 4 times and nothing. Whilst waiting for someone to come I was approached by a homeless man with a dog rapidly speaking French I could not understand, eventually I worked out he wanted money and as a lone female in the dark at 6.00am this was very intimidating. I was actually outside for around 15/20 mins before someone came to reception and unlocked the door! I wouldn’t stay her again for this reason. In this day and age it doesn’t take much to have a system to open the door involving your key card. I was left outside for 14/20 minutes feeling very vulnerable and not very safe.

La chambre 103 une catastrophe, les joints de la douche pleins de moisissures, la porte de pour accéder faite attention si vous fermer de l'intérieur impossible de l'ouvrir pour sortir sans la forcer, le battant des WC jaunie , le robinet de la vasque qui pratiquement pas visser, des traces de fuites d'eau sur 2 dalles de faux plafond et la cerise sur le gâteau le lit dans la porte d'entrée moins d'un mètre ,hôtel vieillot beaucoup de bruit

Je suis client Accor et j’ai réservé sur l’application en voyant que l’hôtel venait de réouvrir… mal m’en a pris. Hôtel très vétuste, tant des parties communes que des chambres. Les chambres sont minuscules, les salles d’eau sont à refaire, faïence aux joints douteux, douche bouchée, flexible et pomme complètement entartrées et la cerise sur le gâteau eau tiède voire froide ! Cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’être dans le groupe Accor, certains motels premiers prix sont plus accueillants. Enfin chambre à 106€ ! Pas du tout un bon rapport qualité prix… Seul point positif, la proximité de la gare.

Hotel pour lequel je pense que "l'appât du gain" a prévalu à l'image de marque du groupe ACCOR... Ouverture précipitée je pense avec quelques chambres rénovées qui ont permis de faire des photos alléchantes pour le site ACCOR, limite publicité mensongère ! Pour ma part j'ai séjourné dans une chambre single "barbouillée" à la va vite et avec une douche sans porte, moisissures, pomme de douche manquante...etc... les parties communes sont à la limite de l'insalubrité avec des moquettes arrachées, des branchements électriques douteux... salle de PDJ sous dimensionnée dans une cave exiguë ou il faut faire la queue pour avoir une place ! Enfin cerise sur le gâteau : au moment où on nous parle de sobriété énergétique les chambres sont chauffées à 25° !!! Un point positif à souligner cependant : la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.
