The room and location was great in a quiet part of the ancient town. They picked us up from the train station and their staff brought a tricycle to the main road and transport our luggage all the way to the hotel. As our room was on the second floor they carried our luggage up and down upon checkin and checkout.The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially 彬哥。 He helped to recommend sightseeing spots and even helped to book day trips for us. He even brought us to a wholesaler to buy dried mushrooms and helped us save money. The restaurant he recommended was also good and inexpensive. Their breakfast though basic was good and they make an effort to accommodate our early timings as we needed to leave early for our tour. We also love the rooftop viewing spot as we can see the whole ancient city and a view of the jade dragon mountain in the distance when the clouds clear.

I had an amazing experience at Shanxiang.The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and cozy, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained, and I especially loved the place had a warm, homestay vibe with beautiful architecture that made it feel both unique and welcoming. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

What’s even better is that the hosts kindly helped us with our luggage, meeting us at the intersection to make check-in effortless. **🏡 Cozy and Thoughtful Design** The interior is tastefully designed with a **tea lounge, dining area, café, and cozy common spaces**. The highlight? The rooftop terrace, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the **Jade Dragon Snow Mountain** and surrounding landscapes—perfect for sunrise and sunset moments. **🛏️ Stylish and Spotless Rooms** Our room was **bright, spacious, and impeccably clean**, with a modern yet functional layout. Thoughtful amenities like a **humidifier, direct-drinking water dispenser, and foldable clothes rack** made our stay extra comfortable. **💖 Warm and Attentive Hospitality** As international travelers, we were deeply touched by the hosts’ **genuine warmth and helpfulness**. They provided excellent local recommendations, including restaurants that we absolutely loved 👍. they even gifted us homemade **rice wine**—a sweet gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Shanxiang Homestay isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience that enriched our Lijiang visit. If we return, this will be our top choice!

I give the hotel a 5 star, the room is very large and the amenities were very good, this is first time the room provides a large bottle of water with the machine to make cold or hot drinks and you can choose, big screen audio visual for tv and movies. It also has jacuzzi. It is in the ancient city and is very convenient, it is just 5 minutes walk from the road entrance, the hotel staff is very helpful they will bring your bags to the hotel and also when you check out so do not worry that you need to pull your luggage on the stony road. The hotel person is very friendly and help us what we want, the hotel just 2 storeys and there is an observation deck on top with very nice view of the mountain, we chosed the room at 2nd floor with window facing the mountain and it is so nice and refreshing. If you need any tour guide , they can also arrange for you. I love the garden at the center of the hotel and most of all the staff were very helpful , fast in action and friendly, this place is trully recommended for your best comfort if you wish to stay in the heart of the ancient town. It's entrance near the south gate is also vey strategic , you can catch a bus right in front of the entrance bus no 3 to go to catch bus no 101 to yulong snow mountain, there are also 2 halal restaurants that I found on the left and right hand side of the entrance, about 200 to 300 meters, Yixin Muslim Yuan just by the roadside and Lanzhou Beef noodle on the right corner of the Amu He restaurant. This hotel is recomended.

Wow! AMAZING!!! From the moment we booked to the moment of check out has been an amazing experience. The reservations manager, Brother Huang ,is so incredibly , knowledgeable and quick with he responses! Check in and check out were SUPER easy and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The are is gorgeous, the rooms are so cute and functional and the bathroom are amazing!! We will certainly be coming back again and again and I HIGHLY recommend this property!!! Very decent prices and a vacation you’ll never forget! Thank you so so much to Mr Huang, and for the SHANXIANG resort hotel awesome time! We will be back soon!

前段時間去雲南玩，這幾天剛回家。閨蜜得知後，説她也準備去雲南旅遊，讓我給她推薦景點和住宿。作為好閨蜜，我當然得掏心窩子分享。這次雲南之行，我去了好幾個地方，印象最深、體驗最好的，當屬在麗江入住的山享酒店，所以毫不猶豫就幫閨蜜把房間訂在了這兒。 閨蜜入住後，一個勁兒地誇我會挑地方。説真的，我和閨蜜都覺得，山享酒店的服務理念，在我住過的所有酒店和民宿裏，那都是數一數二的。我們一下訂單，前台就聯繫上了，告知下機後有專人來接，這瞬間就讓我們對陌生環境沒了距離感，滿心期待接下來的旅程。到了客棧，幾個小哥搶着幫我們拿行李，讓我們在大廳稍作休息，還貼心遞上我們愛喝的咖啡。 走進房間，更是眼前一亮。客棧是新裝修的，裏面配備了哈仕奇靜音冰箱，還有免費的飲料；奧克斯小型即熱飲水機搭配農夫山泉純凈水，這些細節足以看出老闆是在用心經營。衞生間空間超大，TOTO雙洗水盆、智能馬桶、TOTO花灑，每一處都盡顯品質。玩了一天回到房間，躺在舒適的床上，用堅果5K巨幕投影追追劇，簡直不要太愜意。 酒店的早餐也很贊，米線阿姨煎的荷包蛋，再配上生鮮牛奶，讓不愛吃早餐的我都能吃得飽飽的。最讓我們驚喜的是三樓的觀景平台，眺望遠處的雪山，彷彿觸手可及，古城的風景也盡收眼底 。 在這裏，我們真切體會到了客棧的温暖服務。走的時候，工作人員還把我們的行李用三輪車送到路口。以後有機會再來麗江，山享酒店肯定還是我的首選，也真心推薦給大家！

酒店在古城南門進來走100米的位置。出行非常方便。門口不遠還有一個超市。早點簡單但味道很好，去雪山那天早去還幫忙提前準備了早點。 環境：身在古城裡。可以享受一份安靜。酒店中間有個小庭院。 設施：房間裏有大投影，會員隨便看。智能飲水機使用起來很方便。 服務：非常貼心周到，還有免費的接送機。

酒店老闆很熱情，提前一週多就加微信，提示麗江的天氣，詢問怎麼過來，安排接送。酒店環境優美，乾淨衞生，早餐很合口，酒店服務周到。給我們介紹周邊人氣特色餐廳、旅行跟拍店。沒提前訂玉龍雪山的索道票，網上訂不到票了。老闆熱心幫我們聯繫預訂了玉龍雪山包車一日遊。酒店觀景台視野很好。

酒店美的像一幅畫 居然還有天台 麗江的景色盡收眼底 房間也超級乾淨 舒服 在這裏渡過了四晚 老闆太好了 去的時候幫我們拿行李 走的時候送我們一直到司機來 住的這幾天 特別貼心 告訴我們哪裡好吃好玩 晚上回去還給孩子準備蛋糕和牛奶 給我們準備咖啡 總之以後去必須還去住 太滿意了 早餐的米線也超級好吃

入住前會加微信告知酒店定位，酒店靠近古城南門，打車到定位地點會有小哥哥推車過來接行李，裏面的服務人員都很親切，給予家人般的照顧，行李箱輪子壞了，馬上找工具幫忙修。定的loft房間，喜歡裏面的木質古樸傢俱，投影超大，房間裏還有洗衣液，還配了晾衣架，媽媽黨狂喜，簡直不想出去逛街。房間內的水，冰箱裏的飲料，都是小朋友一慣在喝的，點贊燒水機，讓人放心不少，點贊配備的一次性杯子，看得出店家的用心。前台咖啡超級好喝，推薦生椰和巧克力摩卡，連住2晚還有送站服務，省心省力。

位置很好，麗江古城南入口往內走3分鐘。出行打車方便，逛古城也方便。 民宿但設計細節做得像星級賓館，提供一次性刷牙杯，以及即燒式飲水機。 陽台可以閑坐。 幾個大男人老闆服務挺細緻的，離開時送上車目視離開，禮節感挺強啊。我以為這種細緻是為了讓給個好評之類的，結果居然都沒有… 那好感更甚，確實我們都不要刷出來的虛假評價。

非常感謝山享大智的接待，人非常好，給我們介紹好吃的 好玩的，還幫我們搶玉龍雪山的索道票，幫我買鮮花餅 臘排骨，簡直不要太貼心。小院靠近南門，去哪都方便，三層還有個觀景台，近看古城全景，遠眺玉龍雪山。到晚上也不吵，周邊都是好吃的店，有阿婆情臘排骨 滇西王子云南特色菜，都不踩坑，有機會再來的話還會選擇山享！
