I hate negative reviews but I was left with little option here :( the waitress (and part owner I believe) was probably the rudest waitress I have met, not something I expected from Belgians. We had been travelling for 2 weeks around this region and was our only bad experience. We felt unwelcome, probably down to her refusing to order us a main course And then asking us to leave. My mum and dad are elderly and spent 5 hours in a car so we were hoping to get them some food before bed but she refused on the basis the chef (part owner too possibly) said he wouldn’t only cook a main dish from a 3 course meal. So without asking she said he wouldn’t do it, canceled the mean and asked us to leave the restaurant. I was stunned at her snatching the menu and generally being incredibly impolite. The following morning you could see she was embarrassed but instead just tried to avoid us, some accountability and acknowledgment would have help but I would have been ashamed to.

This is hotel with very well kept rooms. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spotless. We stayed for dinner to and you get a set menu but you can choose between 3 dishes for you starter and main. The dishes were very well cooked and they used quality ingredients. The dining room is luxurious. The waiter was born to do his job. Really enjoyed the breakfast too.

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Malgré certains avis négatifs avec un bongo, nous avons passé un très agréable week-end. Le repas 5 services fût succulent en ce qui concerne la sélection vin il est bien indiqué 35 E (quoi qu’en disent certains ), et le vin n est pas rationné.

Très chouette hôtel. Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Bonne literie. Il vaut mieux être côté jardin, plus calme. Petit déjeuner sympathique et bien servi. Nous avons dîné au restaurant. La terrasse est très agréable, entourée de verdure, avec des sièges particulièrement confortables. Bonne cuisine de terroir. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel et y retournerons certainement.

Heel tevreden over alles. Prachtig gebouw. Leuk dat de gevel in zijn authenticiteit wordt bewaard. Vriendelijke ontvangst en bediening. Zeer behulpzaam en in voor een grapje. Hoewel dit voor ons geen must is, deed de ganse staff zijn best om Nederlands te praten. De kamers zijn recentelijk vernieuwd en heel comfortabel en netjes. Het ganse hotel is trouwens heel netjes. We waren er met 2 koppels vrienden om van daaruit de stoneman arduenna te fietsen. Het hotel is voorzien op fietsers en heeft een afsluitbare stalling waar veel fietsen kunnen staan. Ook de ruime gratis parking is een troef. Ze zien er ons zeker nog terug!

Via une box Bongo, nous bénéficions d'un menu 5 services. Nous avons été fort déçus par le rapport quantité/prix : 2 vins différents, pour 3 verres de 15 cl, en regard de 5 plats, c'est bien insuffisant. De plus, le prix n'était ni affiché dans un menu, ni présenté oralement : 35€ ! Malgré un échange avec la direction sur cette manifeste erreur, nous n'avons pas pu obtenir une compensation. Ainsi pour 2, avec un apéro et une bouteille d'eau, nous arrivons à un total boisson de 94€. Si vous y allez, nous conseillons de demander suffisamment d'informations.

Een heel mooi gebouw en typisch voor deze streek. De kamers zijn heel modern vernieuwd en ongelooflijk netjes ( de hele zaak trouwens). Heel goed gelegen om te wandelen vlakbij. Inrichting van het restaurant is eerder klassiek maar heel verzorgd. Op de kamer was er wel geen water of koffie aanwezig. Het diner was superheerlijk met enkel kwaliteitsproducten en professioneel bediend. Aangepaste wijnen waren heerlijk en het glas is nooit leeg. Bovendien valt de prijs voor deze kwaliteit en service enorm goed mee.

Heel charmant hotel dat recent vernieuwd is . De kamers zijn ruim en de bedden heel goed . De badkamer is voorzien van alle comfort . Misschien had de aankleding wel iets authentieker geweest zodat deze meer aansluit met de charme van het gebouw. Talrijke wandelingen vertrekken aan hotel. Ontbijt is lekker maar niet te uitgebreid. Prachtig restaurant met Michelin en Gault Milleau vermelding van 13/20 , echt de moeite waard !

En organisant notre voyage pour le grand prix de formule 1 2023, j'avais réservé en décembre 2022 une chambre d'hôtel pour deux à l'hôtel du moulin situé à Ligneuville. La veille, je loge sur Saint Vith et j'appelle l'hôtel pour savoir si je peux me garer au matin sur son parking. Et la, il m'annonce que je n'ai aucune réservation et que c'est impossible que j'ai réussi à réserver dans son hôtel. Du coup, je lui dis que j'ai réservé via son site à lui, et que j'ai la confirmation par mail. Je lui propose de lui transférer ce mail. J'arrête l'appel et je transfère le mail de confirmation (avec numéro de réservation et tout...). Après ça, il me répond que non, ma réservation n'est pas prise en compte et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire pour moi. Du coup,on se retrouve bloqué, dans Saint Vith, la veille, a rechercher un hôtel/logement à prix abordable, un week end de grand prix de formule 1. Chose quasi impossible!!! Leur réponse "la faute est visiblement de votre côté".
