There is also a bathroom (shower and washing machine) and a separate WC. The studio is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by elevator, but also by stairs for the bravest! The neighborhood: The Studio is located in the beginning of the Guillemins train station which was inaugurated in 2009 by the architect Calatrava. Since then, this quarter is expanding itself with various projects such as the creation of a footbridge linking the station to the Boverie Garden (perfect place for your picnics or walks).
