Premier Inn Lichfield City Centre

We had breakfast together as a large family. It was great to be able to all sit together.The food was delicious and vegetarian diets catered for well. The staff Clare, Georgia and Tracy couldn't do enought for us. Definitely going again soon. Thank you 😊

Very good value. To be honest all we needed was a place to sleep after a day’s sightseeing and this was ideal. No frills, comfortable bed, friendly staff, tea, telly and a decent bathroom all for what we considered a very good price. Thank you!

Outstanding staff at Lichfield Centre Premier Inn, really helpful, friendly and professional from arrival to departure, spotlessly clean, and comfortable warm rooms. I have stayed at this particular hotel many times and no doubt will return again. Brilliant, and well done Premier Inn

Good central location, nice and clean, unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we hardly slept, disappointed as you advertise the comfy beds, not in room 311, breakfast was nice but overpriced, staff were attentive and friendly

Another good night at a Premier Inn. Stayed at many Premier Inns this but this was by far the best breakfast we have had. Cooked by Tracey. Location great and very handy car park at very reasonable cost. Friendly helpful staff. Early check in great.

We visited this Premier Inn to celebrate an 80th birthday with family. The booking was made by one of these family members on our behalf and when we arrived our room couldn't be found. Chloe and Claire from the reception team were exceptional in trying to sort this for us (as they were fully booked so we nearly had to turn round and go home) and really tried to think outside the box to come up with a solution. In the end a solution wasn't needed as we discovered on the original booking our name had been misspelt which is why they couldn't find us! The next day for breakfast the chef (I'm so sorry I didn't write down her name) but she was lovely and very accommodating. She bought hot toast over for my mother in law and made me a fresh fried egg that she offered to do, I did not ask for this service! How wonderful! Such a great team of staff! They need to be rewarded for this!!! Would highly recommend a visit.
