Tutto bene, cibo di qualità. Da rivedere un po’ la pulizia degli ambienti comuni e soprattutto la connessione a Internet nelle stanze

This place is about 3* and very far from 4*. The food was pretty monotonous and bad. The coffee is from a machine and instant. The worst is the service - especially the restaurant managers. Be careful if you are late in the evening. The rooms were ok, but with very noisy mattresses that make noises with every movement. The only thing I liked was the sea. the water is very nice.

The hotel is clean and the food is delicious. The pool and the beach are very good. It is a nice place for family vacations. There is no big variety of food but the quality is good. The stuff is polite.

Huge variety of excellent and delicious food from chef Osvaldo and his team. Chef Osvaldo constantly makes sure everything is perfect. Clean and cozy rooms with excellent climatisation. Excellent hotel!!!

non e stata una bella esperienza prima di prenotare mi anno garantito che erano organizzati per le intolleranze siamo arrivati nessuno sapeva niente mia moglie a chiesto un yogurt senza lattosio aspettavano che facevano il nuovo ordine e arrivato dopo 3 giorni la cucina lea preparato mezzo giorno e sera 3 giorni pasto bianca e bistecca da scifo e per 4 giorni riso e pasta al pomodoro con bistecca e petto di pollo sempre bruciati vergogna non parliamo del ristora te mi anno fatto un cortesi a dammi 2 bicchieri uno per il vino e acqua non parliamo che la pulizia sia al ristorante il magiare da caserma si magia molto meglio in caserma il personale non e preparato a gestire il cliente un delusione profonda da non consigliare i ragazzi del animazione bravissimi ricardo il capo animatore sa organizzare a tutti i ragazzi

Esperienza eccellente da tutti i punti di vista. Animazione 10++ Mini club 10+++ Camere10 Ristorante 9 Bar 10+ Spa10+++++++ Consigliatissimo per le famiglie con bambini. L'equipe di animazione è ben equilibrata e mai invadente, il capo animazione Riccardo e Alessandro il suo vice sono molto presenti con varie iniziative e giochi, poi la sera si dà spazio allo spettacolo molto divertente e gestito in modo professionale sia dal punto di vista artistico che da quello tecnico grazie alle sapienti virtù del dj Augusto.. Poi il mini club dove il nostro bimbo si è trovato benissimo insieme a tutto lo staff molto attento nel seguire i bambini e soprattutto Vincenzo con la sua vitalità nei balli per cui nostro figlio è stato entusiasta tutto il tempo . Dal punto di vista organizzativo la struttura è ottima e pulitissima, il responsabile sign. Carmelo passa tutta la sua giornata a controllare tutte le maestranze e mettendo in gioco la sua professionalità per ottenere i ben raggiunti risultati.. ottimo tutto !! Lo consiglio a tutti ma soprattutto voglio sottolineare il pregio del Futura club che dona assistenza totale nel risolvere ogni minima richiesta del cliente...

Buona struttura, animazione presente, divertente e assolutamente non invadente. Sabrina ed il team del mini club sono il fiore all'occhiello, la mia bimba si è sentita accolta e si è divertita moltissimo! Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole godere del mare in un ambiente conviviale e accogliente, con l'aiuto dell'animazione anche i bimbi si sentiranno liberi di socializzare e gedere appieno del senso della vacanza 😊 Io sono tornata rigenerata!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questa struttura, ci aspettavamo di meglio per come c era stato detto. Nulla di particolare, cibo scadente, pesce surgelato, e buffet scarsissimo. Personale gentile, dalla reception ai camerieri baristi. Ottima pulizia camere, così come il verde ben curato. Un altra pecca poche sdraio fronte mare, altrimenti devi stare dietro una duna. Abbiamo scelto sto posto perché ci avevano detto che c era un ottima animazione, ma non è stato così… e a quanto ho capito è stata cambiata. Volevamo ritornare a settembre, ma ci penseremo su.
