Rất khuyến khích!! Gia đình tôi rất thích nơi này. Phòng ngủ rất dễ thương. Mặc dù chúng tôi không có con, nhưng chúng tôi vẫn thích nơi này. Không khí xung quanh khách sạn rất tốt. Thiết bị phòng tắm đầy đủ. Bữa tối tại khách sạn rất ngon. Nhân viên, đầu bếp rất tử tế và hữu ích. Và tôi rất may mắn khi nhân viên khách sạn đã giúp tìm một chiếc xe cho thuê có tài xế để đi đến Heishui.

Vị trí của khách sạn thực sự gần Bipenggou (khoảng 5 phút đi xe). Chỉ cần dừng lại đã hữu ích mặc dù tôi nhận phòng muộn, họ giúp tôi chào đón nồng nhiệt. Phòng khá rộng đủ cho hai người và cũng có phòng gia đình cho bốn người.

Điều đầu tiên cần đề cập đến là sự thân thiện của nhân viên. Họ rất hữu ích và luôn phản hồi. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi với tầm nhìn đẹp. Suối nước nóng hoặc hồ bơi là một tiện nghi sang trọng với tầm nhìn tuyệt vời ra thung lũng. Bữa sáng rất phong phú với nhiều món ăn địa phương. Vào buổi tối đầu tiên, chúng tôi đã ăn lẩu yak tại nhà hàng và nó rất ngon. Phòng bán vé Bipenggou cách đó khoảng 2,7 km, khá dễ đi bộ. Nhìn chung, chúng tôi thực sự thích kỳ nghỉ 3 đêm của mình.

Our stay was very pleasant, the family room is decorated adorably and the view was nice. They had a nice garden in front of the hotel with plenty of pavilions where you can sit and relax, as well as open air hot spring pools on the third floor. We especially enjoy soaking in the hotspring pools, overlooking the mountain scenery and breathing in the fresh air. The breakfast spread was good, so for two consecutive days we ate at the hotel restaurant and very much enjoyed the food. The hotpot was tasty and the portion was huge, and we also really like the stir fried pork belly. Before we checked out the staff helped us book for a ride to Chengdu per our request. Overall a very nice place for a getaway where you can enjoy natural scenery 😊

Beautiful views and good services. Staffs at hotel really polite and helpful. BBQ at hotel tastes so good. And I really like hot spring there. The room clean and so comfy. I can’t wait to go there again next time. 😊

Room was booked just a mere 10 mins before we arrived and it was clearly a kids friendly room from the bed sheet to the plush toys and tent set up ! The room features a heated floor, great for a cold winter month ! Bathroom looks old and the lights at the room entrance were not working, so its dark at the wardrobe area. Giving an uplift look to the bathroom would be a nice consideration ! It is clean btw !

Great Service and Friendly Staff I’m Thai and had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff helped arrange a car to Bipenggou, making everything easy for us. A Chinese staff member was very kind and tried hard to talk to us and help, even with the language difference. I really appreciated their effort. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff is very helpful and best service mind. Helped us manage van, bus, taxi ! Super ! As foreigners sometimes it’s difficult to communicate but he helped a lot.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is sufficient. There’s rice porridge with pickled vegetables and steamed dumplings. My family especially enjoyed the hot spring. After a long day of walking and traveling a dip in the hot spring was really relaxing.

Even though we spent only 1 night at Bipengou, we have a very fond memory of this hotel due to the warm welcome, and help, we receive from the desk and the restaurant staff. I had a bad headache, due to the quick ascension of the mountain (advice: take some oxygen with you, you can buy that almost everywhere, a soda with sugar and other medicine would help) and the guy from the desk office (sorry if i forgot your name :( ) was kind enough to find me some medicine. We should also thank the restaurant chief, Hu ge, who is a very enthusiastic person first and his cooking is really delicious. At night, until 10 pm if i recall correctly, there's some party going on not far from the hotel around a bonfire and it was very nice to attend too. We've been also upgraded to a bigger room ,without asking, which is quite nice. Highly recommended!
