It is located a few kilometers from Bellagio, Como and Lecco, nearby small supermarket, bus stop that connects Bellagio and Como, boat dock, pharmacy and small bazaar.

Wi-fi, bed linen and towels, satellite Tv, and of course a welcome basket.
Are excluded from the daily price:
Tourist tax € 1.00 per day per person, max 7 days excluding children under 11;
Final cleaning € 100,00
Heating, in the winter months, on consumption € 2,00 per cubic meter;
Weekly linen change € 25,00;

In case of late check in will be applied a penalty equal to:
