This was The WORST hotel/motel I have Ever experienced in my life! Mold in the bathroom. GROSS! The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even tho I requested a NO SMOKING room! Only allowed 1 towel set per person. I needed 2. And the towels were stained & Gross! Sheets & bedspread All had cigarette burns in them & had sketchy stains on them. That was completely unacceptable. No way I was putting the bedspread anywhere Near my face or body. Floor Divider between room carpet & bathroom tile, there were nails sticking out. Poking us in our foot Every time we accidentally stepped on the threshold. Front door wouldn’t close unless you literally SLAMMED the door. The extra safety latch, chain between door & door frame was rusted & broken. Told the owners about it…. They piffed it away saying it would get fixed. It never did. To top it all off, ZERO hot water on Christmas Eve day. Seriously?!?!?! And Zero acknowledgement to the fact that there was Zero hot water. Managers/owners of this “motel” are a Total joke. Lewisburg needs to do something about this joke of a motel. I will Never stay here again. It’s a total rat trap. Gross, smelly & disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

False advertisement for sure. There is a pool but it has been closed for 2 years. It says there is breakfast and there was not. There was a pot of lukewarm watered down coffee. Not enough towels for each person in the room. The rooms were extremely outdated. The paint on the bathroom walls were peeling. You are just kind of stuck as there is only one other hotel in the city and it is worse than this one. Stay with family if you can or rent a place.

We stayed three nights at the Walking Horse Lodge. Though not fancy, it was very clean which is very important to me! The staff was friendly. Some hotels have a musty odor, but this hotel did not. We plan to stay with them again!
