差評！！！一大堆廉價東南亞老年旅行團都住這酒店，早餐內容極少，桌子椅子都破了也沒人維修，房間拖鞋要前台也説沒有了，泳池沒人打掃破破爛爛，有的人穿旅遊鞋就進入也沒人攔。房間暖氣也不好，洗個澡凍死了。最多是旅館，根本配不上4星的價格，我心想，評級過期的吧。

This review goes entirely for the management and the entire operations in general and not for the staff. Anywho, staff we never got to really see the staff except for the breakfast staff. 1. Check-in process was very confusing 2. Despite the state of the art tablet in the room, there was no way we could get any service whatsoever. Our sink clogged up and we couldn't get someone on the phone for 20 minutes. I just let the phone keep ringing and ringing this to test it out. And it was nothing 3. The operations decide to take on More tour groups than they could fit into the breakfast area. People were standing on the counter eating standing while the staff run like a chicken without their heads. Horrible horrible 4. You are a thermal hotel, but we took gone guess while your thermal was not operating. Guess it's had to walk to the next building in bath robes in order to get into the spa If you're not ready, do not operate

Un emplacement et des prestations pleines de potentiels pour passer un excellent séjour, notamment l'accès direct aux prestations thermales est un vrai plus. Cependant plus de 30 min pour obtenir deux cocktails basiques dans un bar presque vide, une note de restaurant avec des boissons facturées à double ou inventées nécessitant un contrôle détaillé et une de mande de correction ( dommage pour le pourboire ;-) ). Un problème de canalisation dès le premier soir dans la chambre nous faisant profiter des odeurs digne d'une fosse septique ( cela peut arriver) ... ok changement de chambre, mais pour une plus petite avec des prestations en moins, pour retrouver le même problème le deuxième jour = cela sans aucun geste ( commercial ou autre ) de la par de l'hôtel ..... un quatre étoiles ça ??? à vous de voir
