Hôtel la Redoute

Lovely warm welcome from the staff especially Julian and Karen, warm and comfortable. The food was great and fresh and we were very well catered for and looked after and it was perfect for a family get together to the. Go and explore the region. Would reccomend

I had the most wonderful few days at La Redoute despite the lack of snow. A few family gathered for the weekend and were totally spoiled by the warm welcome, entertainment and comforting food. The hotel is warm and comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough to make the stay enjoyable. Highly recommend! Also great distance from Geneva airport and easy to go and explore other pistes!

The shower was fab! Hotel room lovely and clean. Went with family. Good location. Staff friendly, attentive, warm and welcoming to us all. Breakfast was enjoyable and the evening food was lovely Has everything you need for a stay Will definitely be frequenting this hotel for future visits 🙂

We stayed one night at La Redoute with a large group of family after a biking trip in the mountains nearby. The hotel staff, especially Karen, were so kind and helpful, especially when some of the group got lost and arrived late. Karen helped everyone get their rooms sorted out, organized the locked room for the bikes, and even let us have our dinner a bit later than expected! We also enjoyed the lovely bar for our apero before dinner. Our group chose the demi-pension and it was great. The wait staff were excellent and the meal was delicious as well! We had a lovely millefeuille with mushrooms and cream for the starter, a nice chop with vegetables and potatoes for the main course, and a good tiramisu for dessert. The breakfast was also solid and hearty. And the staff let us leave our bikes and backpacks in the locked room while we visited the nearby Fort de Rousses. We had a lovely experience at La Redoute and would definitely visit again!!

Hôtel médiocre pour un 3 étoiles vieillot beaucoup de choses à revoir à éviter. Le restaurant ! Nous avions le repas du soir réservé mais on nous dit de revenir dans une demi heure trois quart d'heure ou mieux d aller manger ailleurs. Cause panne de congélateur ils sont partis acheter de la viande.

Très bonne expérience. Fondant au chocolat délicieux. La Bavette est très très bonne. Hôte très hospitalier et sympa. On a bien mangé à un prix raisonnable. Excellent restaurant à essayer. L'un des meilleurs restaurants du Jura que j'ai essayé. 5/5 Excellent selon moi.

Attention, hôtel médiocre, l'accueil est bien, les chambres dans l'ensemble sont correct. L'hôtel est bien juste pour la nuit quoi, ne pas manger au restaurant, car la nourriture est pas très bonne, surtout la fondue et même les plat en général on sent que se n'est pas du fait maison! Alors que eux dise qu'à c'est fait amour..... avec l'amour du réchauffer oui. Et le monsieur qui est patron ou je ne sais pas mange en plein de service et on l'entend manger c'est horrible. C'est pas normal il faudrait se remettre en question Enfin bref un hôtel qui pourrait être très bien si le personnel et la cuisine serait bien ( mentionné spécial à une personne qui reste gentille et fait sont travaillé correctement)

En général, si l'hôtel est exceptionnel je peux me laisser tenter,de donner un avis... A contrario, c'est qu'il faut fuir ! Salles de bains qui auraient besoin d'être detartrées. Pression nulle. Bon passons. Même chez moi ou tout est en travaux,la salle d'eau est plus opérationnelle. Bon,passons côté restaurant... Va falloir apprendre à faire une fondue... Surtout dans le Jura et à côté de la Suisse. Le pain était moisi dans la moitié de la corbeille... Je n'ai pas voulu faire de scandale.. c'était le premier soir... Mettez au moins du vrai pain! Les boulangeries formidables sont juste à côté.. Changez votre machine à café. Une infection qui tord les boyaux pour la journée... Bon j'arrête là. Faut pas non plus faire du forcing dans l'amabilité..

Super hôtel . On y mange bien le staff est agréable l ambiance chaleureuse . Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous retournerons . A deux pas du centre ville. Très spacieux literie confortable . Restaurant sympa bons plats . Prix raisonnable
