I am from Brazil , I discovered Belair on Instagram we came to celebrate our anniversary it was just an incredible experience . The international team made us at home with a fantastic service , Celso the general manager was very present , Stephanie the food director was incredible . The whole team was absolutely incredible , sleeping in the dome was purely magical , the food at ekkisushi and the bistro was international class. Thank you

We enjoyed the night in the jaccuzzi however the communication regarding the checkin and checkout times was not communicated once the booking was confirmed. When I emailed Bel Air, they mentioned the check in to be at 5pm and check out at 10pm but on site they said it was 10am, which was not convenient as we already booked activities on site. I even called in advance and asked if its the right check out time (10pm) which they confirmed. The place was not clean with spider web, the glasses were all different shapes, the soap dispenser did not work. We stayed in dome 2 which was very close to the other domes, not private and we could hear kids yelling all evening. The dome is not made of glass which makes it hard to stargaze from the bed. Overall its a very commercial place, and seems like a tourist trap. We paid 700$ for one night (not even 24h) stay. We were really looking forward and were so disseminated

We came to this resort to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were thrilled with the experience! Beautiful pod, friendly staff that goes out of their way to assist you, amazing food… We also loved our private jacuzzi… So yeah… I have nothing but good things to say about this place. 100% recommended

Beautiful getaway, the Pod is fully equipped for everything you could need, the jacuzzi is very clean, location is perfect! The farm was a great experience ! Sushi Ekki is a MUST! I requested bath robes for the jacuzzi at check in because I prefer them to towels in the cold.

We rented a home (Vail) that was perfect for four people. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. both bedrooms had king size beds. The kitchen very roomy and well equipped. The linens were all white and comforters and pillows were very soft and clean. dining room accommodated 6 people and my favorite was was that it came with a washer and dryer. when we got back home all my clothes had been washed already. our family was very pleased with the resort as well. 2 wonderful gourmet restaurants and a spa. and to topmost off we were only 8 minutes from the ski village. we would definitely stay there again. it was a wonderful experience.

Check-in & out rules way too strict… 5 pm and 10am don’t make sense when you charge over 600$ per night. Both should be between 11am and 1pm following industry standards. Then when you sauna isn’t working, you should offer a rebate or any kind of commercial gesture, not just saying we will inform the maintenance… Kitchen sink was liking and shower head was dead with water coming off all parts. The “window” where so dirty you couldn’t see through and although we could guess the Colors, it didn’t allow us to enjoy either the mountain view or the stars… The whole site looks under construction, not in any way a “Deluxe” experience except from a price standpoint. Lastly Ekki sushi was similar to the rest of the experience, overpriced for average food, way too salty and forcing you to eat at the restaurant with a takeout menu offering a 3rd of the overall options. Thanks for the stay, but the Deluxe option clearly felt like a standard overpriced.

Overall the experience was awesome. The place is beautiful and the pods are a nice mix of modern and old. Had a few problems with getting a hold of the reception since nobody was sitting at the front desk for a few hours and not answering the phone so I guess they lose points on this. But I gotta say the maintenance guy is 10/10. I would 100% stay there again ! The sushi restaurant was also super good

Our chalet was modern and beautiful. Nestled in the beautiful forest our stay was an incredibly quiet and peaceful experience. The chalet was clean and even worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying at BelAir Tremblant. In addition Eki Sushi is quite possibly the best sushi in the world. No lie

The round pod is very nice and private however no one available to assist you in case of need. We stayed one night which was overall nice and pleasant. Check-in times are late and check out times are early so its better to book two nights instead of one. We had limited time due to check-in/check-out times. With so little time to have you’d at least want to benefit from everything the round pod has to offer only to find out that the sauna wasn’t working. We tried calling the reception but no one was available to help. We informed the reception of the issue the next morning and they said someone would get in touch with us. Its been a few days already and I received no emails or calls regarding the matter. Quite frankly it feels like we didn’t get the value we paid for specially considering that the advertised sauna & jacuzzi were a selling point which contributed to our decision in booking at Belair tremblant.
