We spent a night in this fantastic hotel an I was surprised of the high standard supplied, the hotels have a secured entrance and integrated car parking, the receptionist was very professional and warm welcome, the room are very clean and tidy, the sleeping bed 🛏 is very confortable, the bathroom were clean and no bad smell, vi will recommend this hotel for any business man or family stay well done

Hôtel bien situé. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit était très confortable. Cet hôtel est calme. Les employés étaient souriants et très professionnels. Petit déjeuner très varié, service au resto exceptionnel. Parking spacieux. Je vous recommande cet hôtel. Seul bémol. Le prix est un peu cher.

une caution de 10 000.00 da plus du prix de la chambre 17 000.00da. . Ensuite, ils trouvent des astuces pour prendre la caution aussi je vais vous racontez :Imaginez que j'étais dans la chambre tte la journée, je demandais plusieurs fois à la femme de chambre de nettoyer la chambre pendant ma présence. mais elle n'a pas venir pourtant elle était juste a côté tte la journée au téléphone . a cinq heures du soir. on sortant j'ai fait une remarque a cette femme pour nettoyer la chambre sinon j'appelle room service pour réclamer. après, elle l'a nettoyée. il avait une petite bouteille de boisson gazeuse presque vide. ensuite sûrement Elle a L'éclaboussé sur la Môquet .c'était exprès. ce que m'as surpris que le dg est complice. et c'était pas moi seulement. d'un autre côté est ce que ces gouttes coûte un million. et pourtant c'etait pas de ma faute. C'est de l'arnaque je vous déconseille d'aller à cet hôtel . fuyez

Hôtel miteux a évité surtout si vous êtes en famille (hôtel de passe plein de *********** qui circule dans les couloirs) , chambre très sale d'ailleurs ils ont dû nous refaire le ménage de la chambre avant qu'on rentre (après réclamation bien sûr) la cerise sur le gâteau et que l'accès a la piscine est payant même pour les résidents (5000 DA par personne) cela après avoir payé 28000 DA pour la nuit C'est vraiment décevant !!!! Je ne le recommande a personne même pas a un SDF

J'y suis allée pour le nouvel an. Le repas du buffet à volonté n'était pas bon du tout, le petit déjeuner pareil, macarons avec des couleurs éclatantes sans aucun gout, que du sucre. La chambre n'était pas hyper propre, table de chevet pleine de trace de verre, des poils dans la douche et à terre dans la salle de bain, des tâches sur la moquette. Je n'y retournerai plus !

Catastrophique !!!!!en plus de dormir sur une autoroute nous avons l'impression d'être aussi dans une boite de nuit!!!!fuyez le!!!après m'être renseigné pour passer une bonne nuit avant mon vol du matin ou a l'accueil l ont m'a certifié que je n'entendrais rien ,impossible de fermer l'œil de la nuit!

Je ne le recommande pas,boite et musique forte toute la nuit jusqu'au matin, insonorisation complete, personnel froid et distant,une très mauvaise expérience...la dernière réservation et dernière fois !

La directrice de cet hotel et le groupe ********** sont à bannir , impossible de modifier une réservation d'une journée pourtant débitée et en prévenant 1 mois à l'avance suite à une erreur. JE boycooterai désormais cet hotel et ce groupe. M.GARNIER

J'ai effectué une réservation pour 2 chambres 3 jours avant la date d'arrivée. 1 h avant l'arrivée on m'a contacté pour me dire que le prix que j'ai eu au moment de la réservation est plus Le même et il voulait me facturé 6 fois le prix . Je vous conseille d'éviter ce hôtel, je suis pas le seul à dire ça regarder les commentaires c'est un hôtel nullll et dommage ya pas zéro étoiles.
