I just came back from a perfect vacation. Every moment was a dream. All the hotel staff and especially the reception staff helped me a lot in everything I asked for. I want to thank Hadas. She was above and beyond!!! Hope to come back again soon. thanks!!

I think you should consider to have some more indoor activities for the kids, such as indoor basketball court or gaming room. We had bad experience with the cancellation policy and with the customer services especialy in the current situation in Israel. The reception desk should have more knowledge in the activities outside the club. I think there should be transportaion of the club to the differents cables in the village.

Thé Hotel was amazing. Especialy hadas was incredibly good in handling needs, was caring and delt with staff right away . Thanks to all the great people in the club. Food was good - we could found whatever we wanted. The pool was great and the air conditioning worked fine

We stayed at Club Med Valmorel thé last week. We have stayed at several Club Med resorts before and in this instance I feel it is necessary to post a review to Trip Advisor saying how very impressed I was this time around. In particular with hadas from the reception . Hadas help us in all areas of the resort and was so nice . We had a wonderful holiday and it was largely due to the great staff

It’s the second time after two years that we came back. The hotel is great, this time we had Hadad from the staff and she helped us a lot. She was kind and gave us great tips about where to go The food was great, the trips and the extivtice. We hope to come back and do ski

My husband, daughter and me enjoyed a summer vacation in Club Med Valmorel. Maxim and the whole team did above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay. The hiking is a great experience with lots of options to choose from and the food is tasty and diverse. Hadas, yaeli , Dana and noga made sure our daughter will have fun activities .

We had a wonderful vacation at Valmorel, and choosing the Chalets was an excellent decision. The accommodation was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. The staff truly made our stay memorable—they were incredibly kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Hadas, Marc, and Laid for going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Our kids are already asking when we can come back!

If you want to rest this vacation is not for you! Activities for everyone from early morning to afternoon. Hope your kids will enjoy kids club so you can enjoy parents activities. Food was great and staff super nice and helpful. I want to shout out Hadas and Hilit who made us feel like (almost) home 😊
