Hôtel très proche de la gare des Arcs sur Argens (300m) Parking devant l’hôtel ou autre très proche Chambre et cabinet de toilette très propre Si j’avais encore besoin j’irai à cet hôtel

I just attended the 80th Anniversary of the Landing in Southern France and a French friend booked this hotel for me. First the bad, it's CASH only and not one ATM in the area took my Bank of America ATM card, every store took my credit card. You will be in a French hotel, the beds are great, a new tiled bathroom with a very large shower. Before you get there, you need to get the door code because the desks is only open early and after 6 PM. Your room key will be on the key rack giving you the room number. As you come out of the hotel, a few nice restaurants are at the end of the (turn left) road in the square. Turn right to the end (N-7) 1 mile a nice wine plant and store, food store across the street, it closes at 6 PM. Burger King a few miles east on the N-7. It will take you about 40 Mins to get to the beaches and a nice ride. Staying here will save you big $$$$ because you are paying local French room rates, go south and you at paying big bucks. The owner is a nice guy but limited American, everyone I meet likes American and will be helpful. I will be back at the Charles again. Also, the train station is across the street if you want to go into NICE and the train meets the airport tram, but you need a car here.

Si vous cherchez un endroit calme et un bon accueil dans un hôtel traditionnel, vous n'en partirez qu'avec le regret de ne pas y rester un peu plus. Mais si vous voulez critiquer sans cesse à la manière des émissions de télé-réalité, c'est sûr qu'on peut toujours trouver des défauts... ( nota pour celui qui n'arrivait pas à avoir de l'eau chaude : il peut revenir, tout va bien ! ) Merci au patron et aux filles, gentils et réservés.

Hôtel simple , très propre, bon petit déjeuner, accueil très sympathique et attentionné du propriétaire pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Parking à disposition et terrasse pour les beaux jours.

Petite chambre avec la clim et silencieuse. Chambre et salle de bain très propre. Bon accueil. Place de parking disponible et facile d'accès. Hôtel simple mais il y a ce qu'il faut et beaucoup plus agréable qu'un première classe pour le même prix.
