We had no hot water for 3 hours after arriving and had to walk to a nearby hotel to get hold of a member of staff who eventually sorted the situation.
The advert stated ‘free breakfast’ and ‘free airport transfer’ Neither were available and were our main reasons for booking the hotel. Regarding the breakfast, we were leaving early (7.45am) and asked if it would be possible to provide a breakfast box. This was apparently not possible. There were no staff onsite at any point during our stay. Only a phone number at the reception desk.
We understand that the hotel had closed for the winter but still accepted our booking. Very disappointed

Amazingly clean rooms and nice breakfast. Truly lovely hospitality family with both kids helping around. Front desk available 24/7 and all staff had a nice smile always available to assist you and guide you around Leros island with tips to where to go and what to see

We stayed in July. Rooms and overall hotel is very clean, simple and very well decorated. The AC on the room was the most silent AC ever. The staff always smiling and very helpful. Easy to park the car in front of the hotel. Hotel is situated in a quite location, very close to the Lakki seafront.

We booked the room in July and asked for a car at the harbour - They forgot to reserve the car - they let us wait in the heat for 20 minutes (small island), the room wasn’t ready when we arrived - the jacuzzi was broken/out of function for all the 2 days - the receptionists were complete ****** The rooms are nice and the breakfast ist ok… that’s all… Never again

This hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms and suites with all the modern amenities. It is located in the centre of Lakki in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is good with many choices. Highly recommended!
