Eco del Mare

We used to visit Eco del Mare Beach Club every august and every august there are some problems. The place itself is just amazing, but this year all magic of this location was completely ruined by the service of managers. Our day on August 21st went wrong from the very beginning. First of all, there was a problem to arrange chairs for our children, though we stated at booking and payment that there will be 3 kids and 5 adults. To our surprise they said that neither sunbeds, no chairs are supposed to be provided for children. Did you know about that? Then they couldn't provide us with extra umbrellas. On top of it we were waiting for the order of one of our friends at lunch for almost an hour, they just forgot about it! Then said that the kitchen is closed and only after our numerous demands brought the order but there was 1/3 of the portion. The waiter explained that the shrimps were over and we should eat it as it is. During this dialogue the manager Deborah came up to us and, instead of smoothing this unpleasant situation, told us that in case we don't like it we may leave and don't come back again. I am sure that the owners of this wonderful place are not aware how this negative service destroys their business. We are very disappointed by such impolite treatment to loyal customers and consider it absolutely unacceptable. It's not a cheap place but even in a regular cafe customers are treated with more respect than in this place. I advise you to skip it as well not to spoil your holidays and will keep posting negative reviews. Hope it will attract the attention of the owners and they do their best to improve it.

La location è unica e il mare è spettacolare, ma il posto è molto trascurato; necessiterebbe di attenta manutenzione. In più il servizio bar è soggetto a restrizioni di tempo e di offerta. I posti eleganti e sofisticati sono fatti in un altro modo.

Très bel endroit, hydilique pour un souper. Cependant, le personnel n’est pas à l’hauteur du lieu et la cuisine n’est pas incroyable. Sans compter que l’ascenseur doit fonctionner très rarement. Les prix sont relativement élevés, ceux de la plage, énoncés sur le site internet sont dérisoires.

Non si capisce chi gestisce questo scempio, la manager una certa Déborah che si prende per una star di Hollywood e’ più presa dal suo telefono che dai clienti, il cibo e’ pessimo!!!!! Il servizio inesistente, servizi igienici sporchi, un vero disastro!!!!

Noi siamo scesi verso sera ieri un aperitivo, arrivavamo dalla spiaggia senza particolare eleganza e ci hanno accolto benissimo, piatto aperitivo servito al tavolo stile vegano con hummus e verdurine, presto appena più ad alto della media, ma la location e la baia meritano davvero tutto questo, anche una serata con un bel cocktail è adeguata!😍🌊🌞

Posticino incantato in una caletta a Fiascherino, poche camere tutte molto caratteristriche e affacciate alla spiaggia. Personale molto attento e in linea con lo standing del posto (cosa da non dare per scontata). E' comunque un posto ideale per chi ama essere "cullato" dal lo sciabordare delle onde (anche di notte) ed essere svegliato dal "dolce" suono dei gabbiani.. Per chi dovesse avere qualche perplessità in merito, meglio che ci pensi bene.. Io forse non rientro al 100% in questa categoria ma non posso dire di essermene pentito, assolutamente. Unica piccola pecca: il wifi non prende bene in tutte le camere, nella nostra non prendeva. Immagino che questo dettaglio possa comunque essere molto sentito dalla tipologia di clientela. Il prezzo forse è leggermente altino tutto considerato, ma comunque in linea con la tipologia del posto.

Ho usufruito del servizio spiaggia e del ristorante e L esperienza è stata assolutamente più che positiva.Location paradisiaca ,personale gentile e cibo davvero buono . I costi sono in linea con i servizi esclusivi offerti. Assolutamente consigliato.

Un angolo meraviglioso sia da un punto di vista naturale che ambientale. Curatissimi gli spazi, spiaggia, giardino, veranda, con gusto impeccabile. Un’oasi di bellezza anche molto riservata, grazie alla sua posizione. Peccato i prezzi, a mio avviso troppo alti.

Questo posto è un’oasi di paradiso. Un’esperienza unica. Posto tranquillo dove pace e tranquillità regnano sovrana . Personale disponibile e attento. Tornerò sicuramente . Per chi vuole staccare dalla routine quotidiana e concedersi un giorno di relax questo è il posto giusto . Non è economico ma il prezzo è giusto per la tipologia di servizio e location offerta . Continuate cosi!
