The only thing that was negative was the fact that the hotel is not disability or wheelchair accessible.

I would have given them a better rating, if a few things would have been better. First they gave us rooms that were not ready. Seems like it was a miscommunication. Second they changed the rooms , however they had no elevator and my mother was in a wheelchair. No ramps. It was so hard to get her into the room. Not wheelchair friendly. So I would recommend just for people with no disability issues. Other than that, house person was nice and able to best accommodate us.

Recepción amable, la limpieza de un dia para otro tardada y las llaves de la regadera se escurria el agua cuando no se estaba usando y el agua caliente solo hay en la mañana

Al abrir la puerta salió una araña, después me han salido dos cucarachas y ya para dormir llegan y abren mi habitación dos personas extrañas por qué les han dado mi habitación por equivocación. Total todo un caos

Debido a que este hotel recientemente abrió había varias cosas que no funcionaban. La TV no estaba configurada, el teléfono no tenía línea. No tienen toalla de manos. No hay toalla para los pies fuera de la regadera.
Lo que me encantó fueron la cama y las almohadas, deliciosas.

el personal servicial pero las habitaciones no tenían cortinas, sino una cartulinas blancas pegadas a las ventanas, no se puede descansar porque al prender la luz exterior general del hotel, todo el cuarto se ilumina. dos de las tres habitaciones de mi reserva tenían dicho problema. además no tuve agua por buenos minutos en la mañana para poder bañar.

La ventana del cuarto no tenia cortina, en baño no servía, no había jabón de cuerpo ni papel, ruidos de trabajadores por la noche no dejaban dormir, detector de humo hacia un ruido incomodo, al llegar al hacer check in no encontraban mi numero de reservacion
