Need to have the ice machines serviced so a guest doesn’t have to walk the hole way around the building and then be told to go find another one and it didn’t work and if that was didn’t go up the stairs and there is another one there and it didn’t work so we had to walk the hole way around the building again on the second floor to find one ice machine that worked. Then while walking all the way around the stairs outside to go to the ground floor and parking lot were closed (Saftey Issue if there was a fire). The service desk employees were very polite.

The only issue we had was the TV not working, and the night Assistant didn't know how to fix it. It was fixed in the morning (unplugged) after reporting it to the front desk. Otherwise everything fine.

No where near worth $400 a night. The place needs major updating. Shower barely worked. Clean but vwry old and dated. Won't stay here again. Not worth the price!

Rooms didn’t feel the safest & securest. But I did sleep well anyways, that’s all I really care about.

Not very clean at all. The floor was dirty already upon arrival, and the vents in my room were dusty and dirty. The sheets and comforters had stains, and the remote and door knobs were not cleaned. Bundles up dirty washcloths behind the door in the bathroom, and a used washcloth from the previous person still was hanging up on the shower curtain rod. The tub with filthy and underneath of the bed was disgusting. Part of the ceiling were falling apart. The AC blew hot and the ice machine didn’t work. $40 deposit when you check in that was not mentioned ahead of time. Wasn’t asked how the stay was, likely because they know it’s filthy.

Great location,. The entire property is in desperate need of a renovation.
The chlorine smell and vapors from the indoor pool are extremely strong if you have a room overlooking the pool. I did. Ask for a room not near the pool.
