There were ant in the room in everywhere (room 508). Especially in wardrobe. From the moment I entered the room (even though it had just been cleaned) the room smelled very rooty. If you do not keep the lid of the toilet bowl closed, the smell is very disturbing. There is a small kitchen inside the room. And location is good

The location was good the staff was helpful the rooms were big

高速バス停から徒歩5分くらいで移動に便利です。部屋は清潔でした。夜はホテルまでの道が少し暗いと感じました。

Rooms were fantastic providing an enormous kitchen living area, good size bathroom and bedroom perfect for self catering . There was a hob and microwave and fridge . Fantastic breakfast, easy parking, excellent friendly helpful staff . Pool area is a bit tired and small but the pool was very clean . Need more sun beds and umbrellas although we always got seated . Nice rooftop bar . The bathroom in our room (405) did need a bit of tile attention for mould but nothing major . Can’t really fault the place great value for money .

Warm reception, delightful friendly and helpful staff throughout. Great breakfast choice in restaurant with views across the town to the wonderful castle. Nice little rooftop pool and bar. The mini apartment was great .... big comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen area and spacious lounge. All clean. Couldn't have asked for more especially at the orice. Really impressed.

Very big rooms, but also very dated. Nice staff, good breakfast, good location with the entire town in walking distance. Great value, I got the room, breakfast and parking for 60 eur. Can't beat that. The beds can be a bit on the hard side, but everything is clean.

I really enjoyed staying here. Everything is available and very close to the hotel. Breakfast is great, staff are nice and I really enjoyed the view from the rooftop. If you want convenience and comfort for a reasonable price, this is a good place.

The price is good and the suites are roomy and comfortable. I thought the beds were nice and firm which is what i prefer. Location great right by the river in old town and walking distance to everything, restaurants, shopping, the castle. Also free underground parking which you will need. The worst problem is NOISE. The maids start early and the banging, clanging, and slamming goes on all day. There is traffic and construction noise, and a skatepark and soccer park directly across the hotel. I was on the 8th floor and heard the s banging into the early hours of morning. Right next to the hotel a major construction job is underway, very very loud, jackhammers trying to chip away at a rock cliff. And if you are on the 8th floor, the breakfast room above will generate noise all day from serving and then clean up. So, if you are the,least bit sensitive to noise, go elsewhere. Otherwise, the breakfast is ok. Front desk speak English, maids and others not so much. The restaurant is actually a very small cafe/bar, not open until 4 during the week. I had a nice egg and tuna sandwich there. The hotel all round is dated, but not shabby. I would have enjoyed it except the noise problems ruined it for me.

Estivemos hospedados um fim de semana neste hotel porque já o tínhamos feito o ano passado e tinhamos adorado. Este ano não gostei. Pontos negativos :Entramos no apartamento e cheirava a peixe frito. Não cheirava a limpo. A banheira tem cortina e precisa de ser mudada. Luz muita fraca. Vidros pouco limpos. Pequeno almoço tinha pão e alguns bolos secos. O hotel deveria perder 1 estrela. Pontos positivos: parque coberto,localização, simpatia dos funcionários.
