Premier Inn Leicester (Forest East)

The hotel was very clean with a nice atmosphere on arrival. Given our room on the ground floor, as it has no lift, not a problem for us. Given our room card which opens all doors, for safety, which is nice. Car parking is included, leave your reg on arrival. Restaurant & bar onside, bar is open from 5pm restaurant from 6pm. We booked a table for 6pm & turned up early, so had a drink while waiting. Good range of food. We had booked a meal deal, which gives you a 2 course dinner a drink & breakfast which is unlimited. The room was clean & bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean with towels. Bath with a overhead shower which was very good & plenty of hot water. Our thanks to staff : Emily Lisa & Evie

We stayed here after visiting the Kingpower. It’s a nice looking hotel with friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. No problems wjth noise and a good night sleep. Breakfast was nice (freshly cooked) and though it was a little slow that’s purely down to a lack of staff. The staff on duty were friendly and helpful and managing with what that have. The staff are a fantastic asset. All in all it’s a budget hotel and easily met my expectations. For the evening meal we drove to the nearby meridian entertainment complex which had a wide selection of eating types and free parking. It took 5 minutes to get there.

Lovely staff, Emma, Kasia and the rest of the team took time to ensure my stay ran as smoothly as possible. It's the little things such as recalling names, preferences for mealtimes and menu choices that make a difference, thank you Emma and team! Have to say, not every Premier Inn's like that, and I've been to one or two! Food was good, room clean; everything a business traveller needs. Location was good for my business needs.

Stayed for a couple of nights again this month. The team were quite busy but Emma and Kasia worked hard to make my stay the best it could be. Nothing was too much trouble. This is my preferred place to stay on business in the Leicester area. Much appreciated.

Very understaffed but that’s not my main issue. Should you be unfortunate enough to be put in room no.1 the reception door and corridor bang on the walls of the room.The corridor door is really loud! We got very little sleep. There was very little staff (2?) and I felt uncomfortable raising issues with them as it felt difficult. Turned away for Breakfast the next day due to no room in a mainly empty resteraunt.

Very scenic location and quiet calm and relaxed too, on checkout in staff were helpful and very friendly and welcoming. Amazing rooms super comfortable bed, TV and good sized bathroom modern rooms. A good selection of cocktails and main meals plus desserts all are perfect. Good breakfast in the morning always a decent selection to choose from for cooked and continental breakfast. Anyone coming to visit Leicester I would highly recommend stopping in this premier inn. Not far from Leicester city centre either only about 15/20 mins bus ride away.
