On the main level, you'll find a spacious family room with a comfy couch and an extra chair, a 55" Sony flat-screen TV, a dining area with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and an adjoining laundry room (Soap is automatically dispensed). The first full bathroom is conveniently located at the base of the stairs.Upstairs, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and a closet. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and includes a closet. Guests in the second and third bedrooms typically use the full bathroom located on the main level.The private backyard is a delightful retreat, featuring a Breeo smokeless fire pit and six Adirondack chairs. I provide seasoned firewood and a starter in the silver milk can, with a long lighter available in the kitchen drawer for your use.Normal check-in is at 4 PM; however, if there is no booking the night before, I'll provide early access to the home starting at 8 AM. Otherwise, the home will likely be available by 2 PM for your arrival.
