This home is the perfect place for your Zion Area Adventure. Relax and Recharge while enjoying some of the most amazing places in Utah. This home is nestled in an orchard with Beautiful views and Privacy. Stargaze from your own private hot tub/swim spa, Enjoy time around the camp fire, play pickleball on your own private court. Relax at home or just a short drive to adventure. A delicious Breakfast served every morning. During Harvest Season, we will include items picked fresh from our orchard. 3 bedrooms. 2 with King beds and 1 with a queen bed. 2 bathrooms. Great Family/Friend time at this backyard oasis! Maximum guest amount is 6 . The groundskeeper and breakfast cook live in the basement apartment. They are a great source for local hikes, places to visit, and are there to help with anything that you may need. Our 2018 Modern Tiny Home has 264 square feet for you to enjoy, conveniently situated 40 minutes from Zion National Park. It is set up in Zion West RV Park in Leeds, Utah. The tiny home is truly a work of modern art, complete with a full bathroom, 2 lofts (one queen bed and one twin bed), a pull out sofa bed, and a washer/dryer combo! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need.Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 11AM. **You may borrow my National Park Pass!**Hygge (HUE-gah) is the Danish way of celebrating comfort and the simple pleasures in life! Creating a cozy atmosphere so you (and a friend) can enjoy each other's company, is my mission! This tiny home was designed by my husband and I to feel as open as possible by letting in a ton of natural lighting with 10 windows! It also has butcher block counters, a bowl sink in the bathroom, a kitchen farm sink, and a drop down butcher block table. We took no short-cuts to make this place absolutely stunning for our guests! This Tiny Home also has a full stand-up shower (shampoo/conditioner and body wash available), TV w/ Netflix, Wifi, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and washer/dryer combo in case of those laundry emergencies!Being in an RV park for some people might be too busy. So that's why we put in a privacy fence all around our spot so you can feel comfortable and have your own space! We now have hammocks and a fire pit with skewers provided for roasting marshmallows!The home can sleep up to 5 people comfortably (although when there ARE five people, storage becomes very limited inside). The queen loft is carpeted and has a queen bed with a privacy wall to keep things... well... private :) The twin loft is also carpeted and has a Ventilated Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The sofa downstairs pulls out to become a queen bed and can comfortably sleep two adults (pillows and blankets will be in the storage underneath). All bedding has a down comforter with duvet!There is one ladder that goes to the twin loft and queen loft. When ladder is not being used it is stored up against the fridge. *Note: the ladder is steep, anyone who has limited mobility and/or children should not try to risk it and sleep on the sofa bed. Also, if twin loft is not being used for sleep, it can be used as storage! I.E. Your suitcases and other belongings.Leeds is a small town found easily right off the I-15 for those quick overnight stays!
