Definitely a very simple, no-frills hotel room (i.e. there wasn't even a ceiling light, just a desk lamp), but it was very clean and quiet, the location was superb and only a short five-minute (or less) walk to all the Bavarian shopping streets, the staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful, and they were significantly less expensive than any other hotel in town. I definitely recommend to anyone visiting on a budget, or anyone who isn't planning to spend much time in their room other than to sleep.

This was what I expected in a motel adapted to a traveler more than a vacationer. There were some condition issues that were not critical but would be useful. The office opened to late for breakfast and I could not determine whether the breakfast actually existed.

Not a bad hotel, it is dated but it's downtown a few blocks from the shops. It does have a heated pool which the kids enjoyed.
No meals served but there are places to eat down town .

It was an amazing trip. I took my mother there for a 4 day weekend celebrating her birthday. She absolutely loves it!

Great hotel. Parking was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Located about a 10min walk from the core of the town. The heated pool was a huge hit with my kids! Breakfast you had to preorder the night before and it was in a to go box. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around tho!

How this place hasn’t been sued by now I have no idea. Crazy fluctuation in water temps in the shower. At first we thought it was due to flushing the toilet. The second time there was no explanation - the water went from where it was set to scalding hot. I’m pretty sure I got first degree burns on my feet - the only thing I couldn’t quickly get out of the water. I could feel the burning for hours afterward. Property is incredibly average and very dated, but, you get what you pay for I suppose.

The property is in great location, but it’s obvious it’s due for some renovation. Some things inside the room are old, but it’s okay giving the fact that it’s only for a weekend. If you plan on staying longer look somewhere else with amenities and a functional pool with the tub.
