On the plus side, this hotel is convieniently located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, Enchantment Park trail, and Leavenworth Adventure Park. The desk staff were friendly and courteous.
On the negative side, our room was small and faced the road, so noise from traffic was an issue, especially in the early hours of Saturday morning. The pillows were astonishingly hard. The bathroom was tiny and could do with remodelling - the bath tub facet was leaking and the water was rusty. There was no handsoap.
On the plus side, breakfast was good, the kids liked the waffles, and there was a good variety of food options: eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurt, and pastries.
We got a good price through ******* for a one night stay, and we didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep, so it wasn't that important. A good location and a decent price, especially for a family trip where ambience isn't key.

Its a good hotel and its far enough from all the shops that its quiet but close enough that its easily walkable. I would stay there again

We felt very welcome by the front desk staff. She also went above and beyond by looking up a suitable restaurant for us. We were very impressed!

On our second morning the breakfast ran out, no eggs, no sausage links and no batter to make waffles. The front desk seemed like they knew but didn't do anything about it until quite a few guests were standing around with their plates in their hands.

Place looks OK from the outside. However, the rooms obviously haven’t been renovated since the hotel was built in 1983! Rooms, however, carpet, walls and bathroom in particular were disgusting! Rooms in building 1 are right on the highway. Bring earplugs if you want some sleep.
Breakfast was the most disgusting and cheap selection I have ever seen. Leavenworth is unreasonably expensive. My advice: skip it! If you have to go stay away from tacky Ritterhof!

Dirty room, room was super outdated and smelled horrible. Bathroom had mold growing on the walls above the shower.

It took longer than expected for our room to be ready. Probably short staffed. And the breakfast was poor. No eggs, no waffle batter, and the only fruit was apples. And the eggs when she finally brought them out were pretty gross. Not very tasty at all.
