We stayed at the hotel on a ‘farther son bonding trip’ in the snow and had a wonderful team. The experience was great from check in to departure (apart from not actually wanting to leave!). The team are very friendly and engaging and we enjoyed the time at the bar/restaurant and in the jacuzzi after some lovely walks around the lake and the environment. Looking forward to coming back with the rest of the family.

Thank you Hotel de la Truite! We spent a week here and loved it. The views of the lake are very lovely and the food delicious! Special thanks to Francois and Yvo, both so very helpful. Thanks to all the other staff too. Our room was kept spotless. Well worth coming to visit! It is a lovely hotel!

Bel établissement avec parking, vue incroyable sur le lac et aussi un restaurant fort sympathique ! Personnel accueillant, belle carte et surtout très bonne cuisine, prix plus que corrects, quantités généreuses oui vraiment nous y reviendrons

Vorzügliches Frühstück Buffet mit mind. 5 Sorten Brot und feinen Konfitüren, Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet. Das Shagusi Bad ist einladend. Das Abendessen ist sehr fein. Die Kuchen sind lecker. Gute Umgebung zum Velofahren. Da gehe ich gerne wieder hin.

Velo fahren, essen, schlafen, essen, Velo fahren Optimal an der Veloroute am schönen Lac de Joux gelegen. Das Spa, das auf der Homepage angepriesen wird, stellte sich als grösserer Wirlpool heraus, der leider nur zur Hälfte funktionierte und einer nett beleuchteten Dusche. Die Angestellten gaben sich grosse Mühe, dass man sich willkommen fühlte.

Un ristorante con ottima vista sul lago, Staff simpatico ed efficiente. Ristorante sempre pieno. Menù ben fornito e molto gustoso. Croûtes forestière sublime ben carica di vari tipi di funghi Tartare ottima molto saporita Io quando sono nei dintorni ci ritorno volentieri Prezzo buono

Petite sortie en famille au Slow Up le 2 juillet 2023 dans un magnifique coin de Suisse. Après avoir achevé un beau tour du lac, nous nous réjouissions de pouvoir prendre une petit café et un bon dessert ;-).. Nous voilà arrivés et installés à la terrasse de l'Hôtel de la Truite... il est 15h00 ! Mais... notre visite s'est soldé par... une très longue attente avant que l'on vienne prendre notre commande (env. 40 min.) ...un thé et un café servi à moitié vide, un Rivella à moitié renversé (par le serveur) UNE tranche de gâteau aux myrtilles alors que nous avions commandé DEUX tranches de gâteaux aux abricots.. arrivés quand nous avions terminés nos boissons ! Le tout à des prix exorbitant !!! Chercher l'erreur... Convaincu que trouver du personnel qualifié dans le secteur de la restauration n'est pas du tout aisé, nous regrettons VIVEMENT un sérieux manque de courtoisie et de politesse à notre égard ! A bon entendeur

Hotel restaurant idéalement placé avec une belle terrasse à un jet de pierre du lac et de la plage pour piquer une tête à la belle saison. Belle chambre spacieuse la notre avait vue sur le lac...plutôt reposant double vitrage de rigueur présence matinale de circulation l'activité économique de la vallée l’explique. Côté restaurant les plats sont généreux et de qualité, excellent petit déjeuner Parking voiture gratuit pratique à proximité. Adresse à retenir

C’est hôtel familial est un vrai petit bijou au bord du lac. Un point de départ idéal,pour des randonnées. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner offre aussi bien du salé que du sucré. Quant au restaurant… essayez-le temps vous serez conquis!
