Fantastic location, hotel is extremely convenient to restaurants/bars and ski equipment shops etc. 5 mins walk to slopes or 2 mins walk to free bus stop. Simon (host) provided the warmest of welcomes and could not have been more helpful from the moment I made contact until we left. Hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast was perfectly substantial, setting us up for skiing. The boot room via the garage was great for storing skis and boots. The games room / bar was perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes. We loved being able to use the sauna at the end of the day. Also 3 mins walk to the outdoor thermal baths. Simon helped with ski equipment and ski lessons via Oxygene (with a discount) and also provided details of discounted ski pass webpage. Highly recommend this hotel for families or groups - our apartment was set over two floors, sleeping six comfortably and with the kitchenette meaning we could cook a simple meal indoors as required.

Accueil parfait, l'hôtel est un peu "dans son jus" mais très spacieux, bien équipé de placards, propre, les petits dej sont copieux frais et faits maison. la petite cuisine permet de déjeuner ou dîner sur la table avec 4 chaises disponibles. la cabine avec ses deux lits superposés est bien équipée pour ranger les affaires. je recommande ce lieu calme et agréable

Chambre très propre malgré un hôtel un peu vintage avec un balcon donnant sur une vue magnifique sur la montagne . Tres bon rapport qualité prix avec un Accueil très sympathique de la part de l hôtelier Nous avons passe un agréable séjour nous y reviendrons

Excellent hôtel familial dans le village de Monetiers les Bains - un super spot pour profiter pleinement de son séjour à Serre Che. Déjà plusieurs séjours en famille, avec nos 3 enfants sur place : toujours très bien accueillis et conseillés, je recommande !

A éviter
De la moquette et crépis au mur, des taches douteuses sur la moquette au sol, des trous dans les portes, une isolation mauvaise. Et un accueil pas des plus chaleureux. Je ne comprends pas comment cet Hotel peut avoir une note de 9,2 "Merveilleux" sur le site. à part peut etre par un trucage des témoignages

Studio de 4 personnes réservé au dernier moment pour le week-end du 15 août. Dans "son jus" mais propre, bien situé et accueil au top. Prix très raisonnable pour la période. Petit point négatif : manque certains ustensiles pour la cuisine (possibilité de demander aux propriétaires)

Très bon accueil. Personnel bienveillant. Chambre spatieuse. Petit déjeuner abondant. Bien situé. Près des pistes pour ski et DH et près du village pour les restaurants et commerces. A recommander absolument.
