This hotel is exceptional perfect location in the main square opposite the church, helpful happy staff nothing was too much trouble for anyone, the food was delicious we stayed for 8 nights each breakfast and dinner was faultless . Thank you

Nous avons passé une nuit avec dîner et petit déjeuner dans ce très joli hôtel et tout était parfait. Tout d’abord l’accueil de tout le personnel est très agréable . Ensuite, la chambre avec vue montagne et la salle de bain qui même si elles sont petites, sont très confortables et d’une grande propreté. Le SPA est un plus appréciable après une randonnée dans le massif des Aravis. Le repas du soir était très bon avec un large choix et le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Bref, une très bonne adresse. Je précise que nous avions une Smartbox et que l’établissement a vraiment joué le jeu: pas de surcoût par rapport au tarif normal et une offre correspondant vraiment à l’intitulé du coffret. C’est assez rare pour être précisé. Encore merci pour ce bon moment.

Nous sommes venus avec une smartboxe. Très bon accueil, chambre cosy avec une jolie vue sur les Aravis et le centre du village, spa en libre service avec bain bouillonnant hammam et sauna très agréable, dîner avec du choix délicieux et copieux, petit déjeuner très varié avec crêpes gaufres et du salé pour ceux qui préfèrent. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

- Un bon rapport qualité / prix pour un séjour d’une nuit en septembre 2024 (excellent d’hôtel d’étape lors de notre circuit en Savoie) - Accueil efficace et sympathique - Charmante chambre (plutôt petite) à la décoration montagnarde assez neutre, très bien insonorisée, et propre (c’est important de le souligner) - Chambre avec balcon à l’avant dernier étage (avec une superbe vue sur la montagne) - Emplacement parfait de l’hôtel en plein centre avec possibilité de parking - Bon restaurant (où nous avons dîné) pour une cuisine locale et gourmande

Hôtel très beau de l’extérieur mais chambre petite et surtout non isolée phoniquement (vous pouvez entendre tous les voisins discuter dans leurs chambres à deux heures du matin c’est gênant). Restaurant agréable et plats régionaux excellent par contre le barman qui ne fait pas de Negroni mais propose un americano et à ma demande rajoute du gin !!!

Hôtel sur place principale du Grand Bornand face église. Parking gratuit derrière église ( mise en place dans auto plaquette hôtel) Accueil avenant et souriant. Chambre agréable et confortable. Espace salle de douche petite et optimisée. WC dans SdD.

Désagréable ! Pas envie de nous servir à boire à l’intérieur! Serveuse qui fait le pilier devant la table pour nous chasser! Dommage on avait l’habitude d’y venir régulièrement ! Peur de ne pas être payé !

Séjour agréable, jolie chambre, nous avons bien apprécié le restaurant et le buffet petit déjeuner est parfait, j'ai oublié d'en parler directement à l'établissement, le petit point à améliorer serait d'instaurer des créneaux horaires concernant le spa. Je précise que nous avions une smarbox et avons été bien reçus contrairement à certains avis.

Venu avec “smart box” on se retrouve dans une chambre avec vue sur “un mur “ chambre minuscule… sans parler du bruit sur la place avec la musique dans les bars … il faisait chaud et dormir fenêtre ouverte impossible… Nous venions pour du repos et bien c’est loupé! Je déconseille fortement cet endroit si vous souhaitez Vs y reposer ! Le + : le repas
