Super ontvangst, prachtige badkamer, enorm kindvriendelijk, goed ontbijt.

Situation géographique très mauvaise. Restauration compliquée

Stayed here for one night as part of a group. The room was very nice but the air con was on so high that it was freezing. The bed was very comfortable but hot and the sheet slipped because of the waterproof cover underneath. Why is that necessary? The bathroom was good and the shower was efficient. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and it was great to get fruit. However we were not made welcome in the restaurant in the evening. We were a group of 4 and we were told that as we were part of the group from the bus we could not have a meal and could only order a pizza and take it to our room. I do not like food in my room and I was eating with friends as we were all in different rooms. Eventually we were told we could eat it in the restaurant but we’d have to order it from the bar. So we went to the bar and waited for 10 minutes then we were told to go back to the table and they’d serve us. We were served eventually then waited for ages for the pizza and after all that it was quite disappointing. They also ran out of Coca Cola Zero. The most annoying thing was to at there were quite a few of us there from the bus and lots of others were eating from the normal menu. We felt like 2nd class citizens. Your restaurant let you down in my star rating.

Set on the edge of the town, close to the motorway (but quiet), this hotel was clean and functional, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the door locks were excellent, the rooms were quiet, and there was car parking right outside. (NB there is nothing much in the surrounding area, and the local restaurants within walking distance are to be avoided, so travel a mile or so into town if you want a decent evening meal). The member of staff doing the check-in was efficient and polite. Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of variety, and it was pleasing to see the tables and surfaces being thoroughly cleaned. For a stopover night this hotel can be thoroughly recommended.

Hôtel : Literie de bonne qualité, salle de bain spacieuse, chambre confortable et propre. Bon accueil. La façade demanderait à être rafraîchie et l’entrée du parking est en assez mauvais état, nombreux nids de poule, mais c’est peut-être au programme ? Restaurant : Nous avons fait le choix de dîner sur place mais quelle déception concernant l’accueil et l’attitude du personnel. Déjà en arrivant, aucune réactiondes trois serveuses qui étaient trop occupées à discuter entre elles, assises au bar ! C’est la moindre des choses que d’accueillir les clients à leur arrivée en salle. Une fois à table, l’une d’entre elles nous pose la carte avec un bonjour forcé. On nous demande la boisson, aucune carte des vins apportée, il a fallu insister et on nous l’a apportée avec une insolence non dissimulée … Après le dîner, nous allons pour payer au bar, on nous dit le montant sans sortir le ticket avec le détail pour vérification ! Quand on a eu "l’audace de le demander, la serveuse a paru ahurie, disant que c’était bien la première fois qu’on lui demandait ! Non mais on croit rêver ! heureusement sa collègue a soudainement percuté et nous l’a sorti . Était-ce du personnel ne travaillant que le week-end ou pas ? Peu importe mais là, nous souhaitons alerter la direction de l’établissement pour agir car c’est tout sauf professionnel et un manque total de respect vis à vis de la clientèle ! Ça passe peut-être auprès de votre clientèle étrangère, nombreuse ce soir là, mais certainement pas auprès de votre clientèle française. On en oublierait presque de parler du repas, tellement la partie accueil et service nous a plombé la soirée . Bon rapport qualité prix cependant . Nous souhaitons terminer par une note positive et décernons une mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et le sérieux dont a fait preuve la dame qui s’occupe des petits déjeuners le dimanche matin. Vous avez là une perle, sachez-le ! Quant à la qualité du petit déjeuner, elle était excellente !

Un accueil désagréable, nous avions un menu groupé à 21€ pour avoir laissé dans l’assiette une viande froide un accompagnement comestible un dessert différent du choix initial pour finir 21€ pour manger deux portions de gratin dauphinois et une carotte une part de gâteau au chocolat non fait maison cela me semble excessif Pour finir au moment du paiement la personne en caisse devrait faire une formation à la relation client lorsque son manager lui demande une facturation à 14€ plat sans viande et qu’elle réponde ce n’est pas possible pour finir refus de prendre le paî en chèque vacances et devoir faire l’appoint avec des collègues je trouve ça inadmissible
