Courtyard by Marriott always great choice. Not expensive and very good quality. Extra comfortable beds, clean rooms and professional staff. Marriott hotels are always my first choice.

Room smelled like open sewage. We could not flush the toilet. Called front desk and they said they would send someone up to repair the issue. No one ever attended to it. Sleep was near impossible with the scratchy, dirty sheets and lumpy mattress. Ongoing construction caused a disruptive check in process. Front desk was impossible to reach for any help.

Pool didn't open until a week after my departure. That wasn't mentioned on the site. We booked there specifically to enjoy the pool. Would've gone elsewhere had that been mentioned. Staff was very nice. They were the highlight of my stay. The hours at the bistro are not great. I want to sleep in on weekends, not race to get food. It's ok if breakfast is over but the bistro closes. Going elsewhere is your only option. All in all, it was a comfortable place. I'd recommend it but only during certain times of the year.... like summer after memorial day.

They over booking and the lady on front desk do not want give me my room even when I have my reservation pay online . She was really rude. When I ask to talk to the manager or a phone number to call ,she say is no manager here is not any number either. She wants to cancel my reservation. But when she sees me calling to the corporation. She finally give me my room .

I normally don’t do reviews but if I could give ZERO stars I would. Do NOT stay there. The staff is horrible and very unprofessional. There was hair in my bed, hair in my shower and the shower was dirty. I bought my own blanket in and slept on top of the covers. The Mexican staff guy lied and said it wasn’t brought to his attention but his only interest was in a phone that I found and turned in. The next morning Robert lied to GM and said he offered help for my situation but all he did was take my number and said his manager Denise/Denisha would call. She was in office but avoided human interaction and NEVER called- Terrible management. Finally, the joke of a GM - Kirby/Kerby - whatever his name is called the next day with his arrogancy and tried to defend them. He literally asked ME - what can he do for me? Really sir? You’re the GM - how about this is what I’m going to do for YOU. Poor management skills. However as long as you clock in, there is someone over you so I will take this higher than the GM. They are all liars and insensitive humans. If you must stay in this dump, ONLY deal with ROBIN. She is the most caring person ever. I hope she know her worth value herself enough to know she deserves a better work environment. Ohhh, the incidental fee is $100 and this isn’t even a 5 star hotel. Do yourself a favor, find someplace else to stay. If you must stay on that side of town, there are 4 other hotels on that ***** that would probably give you better service. Never again
