Very near to christ university lavasa. Many shops are there. Perfect place to stay. The room is neat and the clean bathroom is also clean overall a good experience.

Tv and intercom was out of order, ac was also not working initially, only one *** is there, no food, not even a cup of tea one can get.

It's good, very clean. Service is very nice, behaviour of staff is very good. Picnic house is very comfortable staying just like homely weather

Very small room, but ok to stay for one night. In market and you can explore the things. No service expected. Near by food locations

No cleaning staff, very small room, no towel changing every day, dose not worth for even 1500. We stayed for 2 night but after giving key and 2 no towel, no one came till check out

Standard room is too cramped, but neatly maintained washroom but no sound proofing. Sachin is very accomadative.

Property is in the main lavasa market and near to christ university lavasa campus it is just a 5 to 7 minutes walk to the university campus
