Good environment. Good size room. Bedsheets come with slight black stain. Breakfast is the same every day. Horrible front desk service. Worst experience ever in my numerous trips to Switzerland and staying in different hotels. Requested reception to help book taxi to train station for early morning train to airport 2 days before departure. Reminded them evening before and was assured it has been done. Come time of pickup and no taxi came. Checked with reception and he said need to wait for taxi company to call back and need at least 20 minutes!! Requested him to expedite and he asked me to book uber myself!!!! Installed uber and got myself a vehicle and just in time for the train. Speechless

This hotel is very convenient for us as our son studies in EPFL and lives close by. Decent hotel at a very reasonable price I the area. Breakfast is a bit expensive for the spread. There is a nice bar at the Hotel Lobby. Most rooms have a view or at least partial view of the lake. The staff is polite and helpful.

洛桑Starling Hotel，坐落在瑞士沃州首府洛桑市，距離瑞士洛桑聯邦理工大學大學非常近，步行5分鐘就可以到，緊挨着校園。酒店設施很好，環境衞生優良。前台小哥有的英語很差，建議要求英文好一些的辦理入住。

酒店與EPFL距離百米，早餐是普通的瑞士早餐，難的見到服務員。還算行吧。

不滿意，比較劣質的酒店，面巾紙一盒裡麪衹有兩片，打電話找房間服務沒有人接，打電話到前台讓我等十分鐘之後再打。難道不是我通知到了就可以了嗎？為何要等十分鐘之後再打？房間較小，淋浴間漏水，會把外面弄得都是水。位置一般，在大學的裏面，周圍沒有商業，不如EPFL地鐵站那裡方便；酒店外面是一個村的農田，不知道施的肥是什麼，非常臭；離湖邊有很長的距離，難以去看湖景。

來EPFL看女兒。房間可以看到雷蒙湖。酒店的餐廳不錯，主菜三文魚非常好吃，特別的調味加上主廚自製的鵝肝醬十分細膩，光這個菜就值得再來品嚐。

酒店check in的時候出現了點小插曲，但攜程工作人員在半夜也能及時回覆幫助處理問題還是值得稱讚，酒店軟硬件都中規中矩，早餐也還好，總體來説還比較滿意。

酒店的設施很新也很亁淨，酒店更是有自家品牌的洗頭水沖涼液同body lotion，但是酒店的位置真的偏僻應該不會來這邊旅遊，附近也沒有商店，帶著行李箱來十分麻煩

Non potevamo fare scelta migliore! L’hotel è immerso nel verde vicino al lago e allo splendido campus universitario. La camera di design con tutti i comfort.Posteggio scoperto gratuito e coperto a pagamento. L’hotel gratuitamente fornisca carta per mezzi pubblici,in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro città’ Lo consiglio. Ritorneremo.

住了三宿，總的來講還是不錯的。位置就在EPFL邊上，走過去就是Rolex learning center。另外，門口有公交701直達Morges，還有1路直達Lausanne, Gare。健身房在三棟的地下，沒啥指示有點不好找，不過天氣好的話沿着湖跑步其實是最好的！景色太美了！酒店一樓的餐廳還是不錯的，有每日套餐Plat du Jour，還是很專業的。房間不大，但是主要該有的也都有了。總體還是很不錯的，前台check out的態度比較冷漠，給減了點分，其他都還蠻好的。

在洛桑理工內，離地鐵站十分鐘。距離市區較遠
