Everything was so perfect with a great room and nice view of the lake

和美岸皇宮、烏契城堡是一個集團的。房間有點小，剛剛翻新有味道，房間分成兩個訂單兩個房型，本想不要換房間了，工作人員比較死板不通融，這點比較不舒服。不人性化。酒店門口石子路費輪子。另外有台階，雖然服務員幫忙，退房拖行李始終不太方便。離地鐵站近，衞生很好。景觀位置佳。

Hotel très agréable. Seul bémol le prix du petit déjeuner devrait être repensé pour les personnes qui ne prennent que du sucré (viennoiseries et pain)

It’s an apartment residence not a hotel so do you self a favor and just get an airbnb or a normal hotel. Their night shift staff are better suited for prison than a hotel.

Great location close to everything you need. Easy access to Lausanne with the city’s train system and easy walk to ferry station to explore other parts of the lake. Loved the views and would suggest to that you get a water facing, balcony room…gorgeous views. Did not use pool but it looked very inviting. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Would certainly stay again. Make sure you get help with luggage if you have larger cases… the steps to some of the buildings can make it a challenge…but is still very doable .

This is a wonderful hotel in Lausanne near the water with a great restaurant attached. It is an older hotel but the rooms have been refreshed. For a European Hotel the rooms were a nice size. The outdoor pool was very comfortable. The included breakfast at the attached hotel was very generous and had a large selection. The only issue was check in. The front staff did not care to call us when our room was done as promised and seemed not very helpful.

I have enjoyed my stays at the Beau Rivage and the L. Palace so I was especially disappointed by the cold and almost rude welcome by the gentleman at the front desk of the Angleterre. He was visibly annoyed to be asked for directions to my room and to the salon for my reception. This was the opposite of “Hospitality”!

Pleasant staying with unforgettable views, experience of cozy and living in the past life at the same time. The location was just in front of the famous lake and it's just 5 mins or even less walk length from the M2 metro. The breakfast was amazing and worthy.

I've stayed in other hotels in Lausanne, but will definitely be coming back here in future. It was very luxurious and very good value (for Switzerland!). The room was stunning. The staff were friendly and they even helped me improve my French!

I enjoyed staying in the hotel and appreciated the late check out possibility despite full booking of the hotel. Room is very nice and the minibar is complimentary. I can recommend this very nice hotel with great food and best placed near the lake.

We had a very nice stay in the Angleterre & Residence during the end of September and would highly recommend this hotel. It has an excellent location right next to the lake and underground station. When we booked this holiday through Love-holidays we were offered a car pick-up and drop off from Geneva Airport for an extra £480, which seemed extortionate so didn't take it, but the reality was the train was frequent and direct and only cost about £25 each way so no problem there. The hotel room was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was one of the cheaper ones but still had a lovely view out over the lake and mountains. We'd definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Lausanne.

We spent two nights including our 15 year anniversary at the Angleterre in Lausanne. The hotel is beautiful, well appointed with all the amenities you could imagine. The location is perfect right across the street from Lake Geneva with beautiful views of the mountains across the water. It's walking distance to the metro station that takes you directly to the Lausanne train station. It's across the street from the ports for all the Ferry / Cruise options. The included breakfast was delicious and substantial. Also a nice surprise was the complimentary mini-bar which was restocked each day. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in this area.
