Lower deck is one step down and is a 12 by 22 sun deck adjacent to the covered porch with additional seating and a gas fire-pit with polished glass embers. Great for a chilly night! Lower deck has 5 steps to the grassy yard and it is level from there to the water. Alternate route by the garage will bring you from the house to the water with no steps!Living area looks out to the water with new remote control gas logs in the fireplace. The living area opens to the covered porch. The living area is large with a vaulted ceiling, new ceramic tile and a large rug. It has two sofas and two love seats to provide lots of seating! One sofa will convert into a full-size bed.The vaulted ceiling and ceramic tile continues into the kitchen for seamless entertaining. The kitchen has granite on the countertops and the island. It has all new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove with an oven that can be convection or regular, microwave and dishwasher).
