Jet Luxury at the Signature Condo Hotel

Beautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.

If you are looking for a 4-5 star experience, don't expect it here. For context: I am not a picky person about hotels, but this place looked like they could have filmed a horror movie or American Horror story there. I have to switch hotels. I literally checked in and had to check right out it was so gross in the room and so unkept everywhere. I got there at 8pm and the third party that controls the room service and any thing you need is not the people at the front desk. They can't do anything for you if your room is am less like ours was. We got a full kitchen with King bed and Mountain View room. The hotel was suspect, at least at Tower 1. The building was very old and the unit was as well. Paint was chipping off the walls, cracks in the tile in the kitchen and rest room. The place looked lived in like the person just up and left and didn't even bother cleaning anything. I wiped surfaces down with wet ones and Clorox wipes and it was filthy. I don't mean a little yellow like when you cleaned a surface and needed to go over it one more time, I'm talking brown all over with crumbs and hair. The hotel itself was beat up too. You can always tell from the Lobby and elevator what to expect. The place looks like it was built in the 70s or 80s which would be fine if they maintained it. There were black scratch marks all over the walls, dust on mirrors and glass surfaces, if the room was maintained and well lit, my husband and I would have stayed. I wanted to request a new room, but their office closes at 7pm so they don't answer and can't do anything for you. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Nice stay! Really appreciate that they kept our phone safe which was left behind, for us to return and pick it up.

stay away from this property if you have a vehicle and want to walk 30 minutes back to your room from mgm self parking lot. They have limited valet parking space so if the lot is full, youll have to wait. I waited an hour one evening because they wouldnt take any cars to pull in whether you are checking in or returning back. I returned one night after 3am and they told me i have to go park at mgm grand because theres only 1 valet guy taking vehicles OUT, not taking any vehicles coming in. What kind of hotel does this??? Especially in vegas. I had to walk literally 30minutes from the lot to tower 2. Also, the signs in mgm does not say jet luxury so i got lost on my way back around top golf area and of course theres no one to ask because its 3am… if you planning to uber your way around, go for it. But if youll be traveling by your own car,,, good luck to you if you want to gamble your luck.

Dont stay here if you have a car and planning to go in and out. Stayed in the car for about 1 hour in the evening to valet my car when returning back to the hotel..

The room is very nice and spacious and clean. The fridge made noise and the management company didn't return our call until the next day so we just unplugged it. The bathroom sink was gurgling and backed up, the management answered that call and did send up a person to snake the drains. No valet parking, they said staffing issues so we parked at MGM self-park garage and trekked .5 mile walk to check-in so I wish I brought my roller bag not a heavy duffle bag. They did give us MGM parking validation, but you have to ask for it. The location is great so despite the issues I would stay there again just not expect valet.

The whole check in process is absolutely ridiculous. They stop you on the road basically to give you a parking pass only to get through the gate to have forced valet with no option for self parking. The room was ok but not overly clean, the shower has black mold in all the corners and cracks. The parking ends up full if you haven't valeted your vehicle by 4pm, then you are told to "self park" at mgm which then costs you more money. The whole experience was just not great. I feel the service staff did the best they could but the actual building and procedures need some work.

Close to the Vegas trip. Check-in was straightforward. However, we booked through jet luxury and the communication was poor, in fact, nonexistent. If you’re a guest of the hotel itself that experience might’ve been better. We actually stayed in the same hotel 10 years ago and the room we stayed in was exactly the same a decade later. Price was average, but would probably not stay here again.
