Spa heat is no additional charge if paying for pool heat. Pool/spa hours are 7am-10pm daily. Free high speed internet, smart televisions with complimentary Netflix. Guests will have access to the entire living space except no garage access is allowed. Pets of any kind are not permitted. Total occupancy is 10.
