I can't even remember such a terrible hotel and attitude towards customers. I booked a hotel through an aggregator with prepayment for 5 days, was taken in by the photos and 4 stars in the presentation, in reality everything turned out to be a dud and a deception, the hotel does not even pull 3 *! Some photos were not from this hotel at all, others were clearly taken at the opening 20 years ago. The rooms and corridors are dirty, everything is stained, a persistent smoky smell both in the room and in the hotel, outside the window all night hummed as it turned out a large power station and trains passed. The room was terribly cold, the air conditioner did not turn on for heating. Having stayed in the hotel until the morning, not really getting enough sleep, surprised also by the "wonderful" breakfast in wild frustration decided to move to another hotel, but at the reception I and the aggregator were denied a change in the booking and a refund of my funds. I still checked out of the hotel, I will return the money through the court.

nice hotel for onw night. there is a train croosing, but it is ok for us. nice stuff and nice location

Hotel is very old but close to the premium outlet mall. Secured parking was excluded. Air con was extremely noisy and it’s like a huge engine inside our room. The breakfast was blah but there was not many choices during the Euro Cup period.

Hotel tranquilo cerca de la estación de cercanías. Desayuno tipo buffet demasiado simple para un 4 estrellas. Camas sin enchufes cerca. Por lo demas es tranquilo y bien para descansar.

El hotel es un poco viejo. El desayuno para ser un 4 estrellas se queda muy corto, poca variedad de fruta y de género, por ejemplo no hay salmon, y poca variedad de dulces. Se salva por la simpatía del personal

Camas cómodas y habitación amplia. No tiene restaurante

Me cambiaron la habitación por el ruido de la primera y todo genial. Muy confortable sin ruidos incluso con la ventana abierta

Ubicación regular para utilizar transporte público debido a las obras de mejora de renfe

Destacaría la conexión con Cercanías Renfe, la comodidad de las habitaciones y la amabilidad del personal.

Buena relación calidad precio. Habitación amplia y en buen estado, con cama bastante cómoda.

Habitaciones limpias y Amelia’s con temperatura correcta. El desayuno bastante completo pero si vas media hora antes de que acabe el turno hay bastantes Productos terminators y no los responen, por lo de mas todo correcto
