Les Palmiers Beach Boutique Hotel & Luxury Apartments

Very nice hotel in the best location of Larnaca, good breakfast

I have stayed at the apartments at les palmier’s previously and have rated it very good, however this has all changed recently. The 2 bedroom apartment number 706 has noise constantly from the roof that made the wardrobes shake when it starts . This noise went on 15 hours per day from 9am until midnight. I reported no Wi-Fi on day 1 and this continued every day apart from one, and as I write this there is still no Wi-Fi. This has got so bad I have cancelled my scheduled flight and moved it forward a day just so I can go home and have a good nights sleep. It has got to the stage where some serious money now needs to be spent on the apartments, they charge good money and you should expect a better service. The manager has always been very friendly, however this time I feel very let down, this will be my last trip here as new and more modern hotels and apartments are opening up with more competitive pricing and better amenities. I would suggest trying the newer boutique hotels in Larnaca there are many some with rooftop pools, and less than the price you would pay at Les Palmiers. When I mentioned to the hotel manager, I wasn’t expecting a reduction, but I didn’t even get an apology. Really not good service!!
