Amalia Hotel

Driving down the private drive to the hotel, you could imagine that this was a rustic retreat in Africa with the wonderful trees and sandy but also green surroundings. You can hear the sea from the downstairs outside lounge area and your balcony outside your room. The owners, Costas and Perikles are the most delightful people you could ever meet and are warm and welcoming and the best of everything Greece has to offer. One or the other was there to bring drinks in the day and these were always a complied by snacks. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and had good AC. The showers are due for an upgrade but apart from that, a good sleep was had. The location is perfect in terms of an empty sandy beach 15 minutes walk away and a conservation forest and lagoon a drive away. Within walking distance there's a really basic, but friendly and well cooked food restaurant and about 10 more minutes away a quite unique amazing restaurant with a view of the mountain. The breakfast was amazing and proper filter coffee was continuously been brought to the open eartng area. Everything was on offer and the best scrambled egg I've had in my like was cooked to order. Hopefully ..the pics say it all. Our thanks to the brothers who went above and beyond. This is the perfect retreat from the noise of everyday city life.

Ένας χώρος που πραγματικά από την πρώτη στιγμή έρχεσαι κοντά με την φύση και πριν το καταλάβεις νιώθεις ηρεμία και ξεκούραση. Η οικογένεια που έχει το ξενοδοχείο σε κάνει να αισθανθείς δικός τους άνθρωπος πάντα με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση όπου μπορείς να πας και με τα πόδια υπάρχει μια μαγευτική παραλία όπου θα την λατρέψουν μικροί και μεγάλοι....（tip-ανεβειτε τον αμμόλοφο το απόγευμα και πάρτε τις καλύτερες φωτογραφίες από ψηλά με φόντο το ηλιοβασίλεμα）.Όσο για το φαγητό ο ιδιοκτήτης του ξενοδοχείου μας πρότεινε το σουβλάκι της Μαρίας...όπου και τα 3 μας παιδιά το λάτρεψαν. Τώρα σας το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα να το επισκεφτείτε και ειδικά για όσους έχουν και παιδιά πιστέψτε με για όσο καιρό θα μείνετε τα παιδιά σας θα βάλουν λίγο στην άκρη τα κινητά και tablet και θα μπορέσουν να ψυχαγωγηθούν όπως κάναμε εμείς στην ηλικία τους.

Logement un peu difficile a trouver, propre, mais pas le grand luxe. Bon accueil, tarif abordable.
