What a relaxing wonerful place. We spent 10 nights there and loved every minute. Salvatore and Marina are passionate about the farm and what they produce as well as looking after their guests. Salvatore explains with passion their home made pasta and olive oil that they sell in the little shop on site. An honesty system is used so you can help yourself to drinks if there no staff around and write in the book what you have taken. At the meals Salvatore explains to everyone what each course is and also educates us along the way. They do do cooking demonstrations as well so its worth checking to see what the have on offer if you are staying there. Salvatore can also arrange bike tours on electric bikes in the surrounding area of the farm. Room was lovely and very clean. Pool was lovely and so relaxing looking out towards the the villages of Molise. Breakfast had a great variety of food to suit all tastes. Ideal position being about a twenty minute drive to Termoli and the coast if you wish a change of scenery. Many lovely villages surrounding which are worth a visit. We will be back!

Everything about this place is perfect, from the views of the countryside, to the pool (with swim flow), Salvatore himself and all the staff. Easy to find, simple and safe to park and a beautiful meal. We’re lucky enough to travel extensively in Europe and this is one of the top few stays we’ve had.

Tastefully decorated rooms. Spectaculair view. Many food items home-grown. If not, at least from the region. Dinner not to be missed. Including great local wines. Family property run by an enthusiastic young couple. Would love to come back and spend a couple of days there.
