Great place to stay, very well managed and kept. Cheryl is amazing, she makes you feel welcome like family on top of serving a great breakfast everyday! She also does a great job with the Thursday social hour. Itsy is very sweet and welcoming at the registration counter.

This is the best hotel I’ve personally ever stayed in. Itzy and Cheryl are absolutely the best 100% have taken care of us on our work trip here, I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling through Laredo!!! Breakfast is absolutely great and always available on time!!

I was really worried what I would find because reviews of other hotels in Laredo are pretty bad and they make you feel like you’re picking your torture chamber for the evening. This property is right off the highway and is walking distance to a Krispy Kreme Donuts. It is also a 5 minute drive from other stores and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, well kept, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and I found this property met and in some cases exceeded the standards of what you’d expect when selecting a hotel in this category.

Cheryl and Nick running the dining area are the best. They go the extra mile for their service and always have a welcoming attitude. The whole staff is so friendly and does an amazing job. They always do the little things that make my stay feel like home.

This location has great hospitality! Cheryl was extremely helpful during our stay and went above and beyond! The rooms are clean and the location is easy for navigation. They clean the rooms daily and are very accommodating.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Cheryl was a delight and very welcoming. Rooms had all the channels I could watch everything I wanted and more. Even football during the week. Would stay again

Great stay for business. Would recommend! Cheryl was very accommodating in the mornings for breakfast. There was a different meal every morning for their continental breakfast. Another note is how swiftly maintenance responded to issues.
