Nhân viên rất có sức chứa và luôn mỉm cười, phòng rất thoải mái và sạch sẽ, mặc dù vị trí hơi xa thành phố .. nhưng khá thư giãn

Đây là ngày đầu tiên của tôi tại Mactan sau vài ngày ở Moalboal. Bãi biển hơi âm u nhưng có áo khoác sống miễn phí và sân chơi vui nhộn để sử dụng. Hôm đó trời không nắng nên tôi chỉ nằm thư giãn trên ghế tắm nắng và sử dụng hồ bơi. Không có nhiều người ở hồ bơi và cũng có một hồ bơi nhỏ hơn dành cho trẻ em. Bánh xèo phục vụ cho bữa sáng rất mềm và ngon nhưng chỉ có 4 loại trái cây và họ không cho thêm vào ;-; Các nhân viên thực sự tốt đẹp và các phòng cũng khá sạch sẽ!

The best experience and the management is very friendly. The best hotel I can recommend especially if you want to relax.

Check in was a bit of a mess. Only one person on desk. Trying to check me in, answering questions for those that butted in and answering the phone. Not impressed. Room was a Chic but unable to open patio doors for safety reasons. No slippers as was stated. Only coffee in room, no teabags. Drinks and food very expensive for what it is. I feel it is not value for money. Also due to limited beds by the pool, laying towels on them has to stop. Very disappointed. Will not be staying again in the near future. Not recommended.

Clean and great stay, nice sized pool and comfy cabanas , the food is good in morning, the beach is not clean though and we preferred swimming in the pool

So good to stay at BE MACTAN RESORT. The amenities especially the pool and the beach. It has also billiard and fitness gym.

Cebu itself was a bit of a downer. However the hotel and staff were quite nice. The hotel grounds and beach was clean at all times but outside of the hotel was.. well.. unsightly and smelly if you plan to go for a walk. There are 2 nice restaurants nearby but if you plan to bring your food back or order take out by delivery, the hotel will charge you 250 pesos. The food at the hotel itself was okay, breakfast had lots of options and both restaurants at the hotel offered variety. The rooms were also spacious but their aren't any drapes so if you plan on sleeping in, that might be tough as you'll get up as soon as the sun rises. The walls are also thin and my first night was dreadful with a loud family next door. The staff did try their best to get them to quiet down which was appreciated. The pool and gym were also good and the pictures are a true representation of the hotel. Overall, the ambiance and light music was good and helped me to finish my 5000 word essay so that was great 👍

Love this place and will definitely come back! We’ve only stayed here for 1 night on our way back to Manila. I wish I’ve booked for a few nights. The ambience was nice. My kids loved it there- the lifeguard was very proactive too. They have the best spag bolognaise and great service from the restaurant. My only negative feedback - the check in was a bit of a hassle. Check in time was 3pm which is already a bit late, I’ve checked in to find out our room was not even ready. But it was ok though because we were allowed to use the swimming pool and beach access whilst we were waiting, it would be annoying though if you just wanted to go straight to your room to lie down and rest. In saying this, I’ve seen their housekeepers working really hard as the place was understandably busy. Will 100% recommended this place to my friends and family who would travel to Cebu. :)

1. Socket Issues: All sockets in the room were not functioning properly. They did not fit all types of plugs, which created significant inconvenience when charging electronic devices. 2. Air Conditioner and Hand Soap: The air conditioner was not adequately serviced, and the hand soap bottle in the bathroom was not refilled prior to check-in, causing discomfort and inconvenience. 3. Breakfast Quality and Timeliness: The breakfast provided was insufficient, with limited options. Additionally, food refills were delayed, affecting the overall dining experience. 4. Delayed Check-In: Our check-in for one of the bedrooms was delayed, and we did not receive access to the room until 5:00 PM, causing a disruption to our schedule. Summary: These issues have negatively impacted the quality of our stay. Immediate attention and resolution are requested, particularly concerning the malfunctioning sockets, delayed check-in, and inadequate breakfast service. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Our family of four recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at BE Resort Mactan. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We appreciated the well-equipped gym and the pool, which offered a fantastic view—perfect for relaxation. The beach chairs were comfortable, and the kids had a blast with the obstacle course, while we enjoyed snorkeling and spotting small fish and starfish. However, there were a few drawbacks: the shower water was only warm, and the sheets were not clean upon arrival. The beach sand was mixed with small pebbles, making it less comfortable, and while the private area was nice, it felt small with limited walking space. Additionally, there were people on the side of the beach selling shells and boat trips. This could have been useful but they calling out to us and approached us as we tried to relax, which disrupted the tranquil atmosphere. Despite these issues, we had an enjoyable experience and would recommend BE Resort Mactan for a family getaway!
